The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Even though we checked in late, he was kind enough to wake up and assist us, which we really appreciated. The shuttle service to Disneyland was super convenient and made our trip stress-free. Overall, a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The location of the hotel is very specific -it is convenient if you need to visit Disney resort, but it is too far from the centre of the city. As we were in Shanghai not for the first time, for us it is fine, but for people who are visiting Shanghai for the first time, I think this is not the best option. One more good point is that they have free transfer to the Disney resort, which is important, especially at night after the show, when it is very hard to book a Didi taxi, because too many people are leaving at the same time. In addition, hotel offered us free transfer to Pudong airport after our stay, which is convenient too. Regarding the room, it was a little strange - the bed is too low in height, it is not comfortable to sit down and get up from it. Same issue with the sofa, it is also too small in height. Water in the shower has a very strange regulation of temperature; we were not able to set it hot, only medium temperature can be used in our room. However, the overall design is nice, everything was very clean, so in general room is fine. Breakfast for europeans looks strange, I can't recommend it, the taste is very strange. People who work in hotel are very nice, trying to help to solve any issue.
