The most regrettable consumption decision in my life is to choose Home Inn Neo Hotel Baoshan Road Subway Station! Not only did I have no experience at all, but I was also disgusted by their "fancy leeks cutting" operation to the point of physical discomfort! Let's talk about the most outrageous TV fee issue first! I was tired after a day out and wanted to lie on the bed and watch TV to relax, but when I clicked on the interface, a payment window popped up. It was not enough that I had to pay separately for on-demand movies, and even basic video channels required membership! When paying, the merchant name clearly showed **"Home Inn"**, but when I communicated with the front desk, the staff directly shirked the responsibility: "This is a problem with the software, it has nothing to do with us!" Since the payment was received by the hotel, they turned around and pushed the responsibility away. These days, staying in a hotel to watch TV and being passed around, this is too ugly! Let's talk about the service, I was furious from the moment I walked in! The lobby is shared with an unknown hotel next door. The space is cramped and chaotic. I dragged my luggage to the front desk to ask if there was a bathroom in the lobby. I was pushed around by the two staff members like a ball. They were cold and reluctant to speak, as if I was not a guest but a creditor. Most of the wall panels in the room are assembled panels, which feel like they will break if touched! The shower head leaks like rain; the bedside socket does not feel like 220v, and the usual fast charging cable fails to charge the mobile phone here; the worst thing is that the decoration materials are extremely poor quality, the wallpaper is peeling off in a large area, and there are many black mold spots in the gaps of the plastic wall in the bathroom. This kind of hotel wants to earn guests' room fees and madly fleece the basic services. I advise everyone to open their eyes! Spending the money of an economy hotel, the experience is the treatment of "paying for trouble". Avoid thunder! Avoid thunder! Avoid thunder!

The room was so small that I couldn't even take photos with a wide angle camera. There was no laundry room, no iron, etc. The toilet was not separated into wet and dry areas, so I couldn't go to the toilet after taking a shower. The soundproofing was also very poor. I heard the neighbors talking all night. There was also road construction outside, and it was still going on in the middle of the night! I understand why there were two pairs of 3M earplugs at the head of the bed! Bad 👎 Super bad experience!

I saw the recommendation online so I booked a double bed room for two nights. I thought Home Inn was at least a chain, but I didn't expect... Because we were two girls with a limited budget, two nights cost 766. I felt that it might just feel like a guesthouse, not worth the price. What I must complain about is the sound insulation in the room. Even the toilet is made of prefabricated boards. The floor makes noises when you walk on it. You can hear clearly what the people next door are talking about. It's so exaggerated. P.S.: I was taking a shower, and my friend heard the people next door talking and thought I was talking to him, and asked me what I was talking about😧!!! The second point is the sheets and quilts. I don't know if it's because the north is too humid or what, I feel that the quilts and sheets are always wet, as if they haven't been dried in the sun🙄Finally, the hotel is being renovated upstairs, so it will be a bit noisy. And I thought it was more convenient to have a subway station across the street, but it wasn't! The subway station is also under construction. There is no other food nearby except for a KFC downstairs. It's like an urban-rural junction. If you order takeout, it can't be delivered and you have to go downstairs to get it yourself🙄Oh, by the way, the washbasin is still made of stainless steel🙄🙄🙄

I don't usually give bad reviews.. Really don't stay here.. There is a bottle of mineral water that has been opened.

There was only one front desk staff, who was playing games and had a very poor service attitude. My family elders came to stay, and we booked two rooms together using the ID cards of elders A and B. The front desk said that they only found one room and the other one would not be opened (two rooms booked together). The children who were traveling with us were not allowed to go upstairs and were required to come down within ten minutes. After a long explanation, I came to check again and they said there was another booking. The staff's outrageous behavior brought about a huge family conflict. The originally happy Spring Festival trip became full of conflicts because of this incident! This staff member was really too much! The front desk staff said they didn't have a work number and couldn't report their service issues to the higher level. I took a picture of the name on his clothes and hope the platform will pay attention to such issues!

The hotel is near the subway station. Before checking in, I asked the front desk to reserve a room near the community. It was very quiet. The sun in the hotel was very good, but there was no place to dry clothes. The hotel is not far from the Bund, but the road will be very congested. We took a taxi when we went there and took the subway when we came back.
