I booked a room on Ctrip for an early check-in of 11 o'clock. I booked it for my family to be close to home. I stayed for 8 consecutive days. The landlord insisted that there were no houses in the neighborhood I booked and asked me to go to other neighborhoods. It was not until 2 o'clock in the afternoon that a room was finally available. When I went in, the floor was very dirty. I didn't know if it was cleaned. There were a lot of fingernails on the sofa. The landlord didn't apologize at all. He just asked the cleaning staff to come and remove the sofa cover in front of us and wash it in the washing machine. There was no replacement sofa cover. After a long time of struggling, it was almost 3 o'clock in the afternoon. It took more than an hour to wash. We hung it up ourselves and put the sofa cover on the next day. This is the first time I have stayed in such a terrible homestay. If this neighborhood was not close to home, I would definitely not stay there. I left a day in advance. The landlord also said that he couldn't find the bath towel and spoke in a weird way. To be honest, I thought the bath towel was the rag used by the cleaning lady to wipe the floor and I didn't dare to use it at all. The experience is too bad
