I've stayed here multiple times. Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms are consistently very clean, and some even come with in-room fitness equipment. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Overall, it's a great place to stay. I hope to get a suite upgrade on my next visit!

I was in Shanghai to meet friends for dinner and booked a hotel near Hongqiao Station. The property is quite new, and I had a very comfortable stay. Ms. Lora at check-in provided exceptional service; you could truly feel the InterContinental standard from the moment I walked through the door. Unfortunately, I overslept and missed breakfast, but I did enjoy the welcome drink. The only slight drawback was having to rely entirely on taxis for transportation, as there isn't a subway station nearby.
