衞生：房間很乾凈，杯子也都是一次性的不是那種玻璃杯
設施：還不錯
環境：在老街區，距離外灘很近，酒店門口可以看到陸家嘴那邊建築

這次入住體驗特別好，前台工作人員特別熱情，辦理入住時耐心又高效，有問必答😍。房間收拾得很整潔，住着很舒服。酒店位置也離地鐵站近，交通很便捷，出行、吃飯、購物都超方便。下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

Friendly staff good service. location is a ok about 8 mins walk from the station. Room is clean and newer but it is tiny. very Japanese like size room but ok because it feel clean. room is all cluster together and sound proof is poor. its a bit noisy and couldn't fully rest well.

Reception her name is Ma she so cute she help ours everything she help us to order food and help all time to stay when we found problem , room is very clean and location is good , maid is very nice ,she always smile ,here don’t have smell smoke , quiet

Rooms are very small, but clean. Free use of the washer and dryer, and laundry detergent, was a big plus.

The location is good when you can approach to lujiazui, the bund, yuyuan garden and nanjin road, xintiandi with just 10-15 mins by bus and MRT. The equipment is new and modern too. However, I have to say the soundproof was terrible, when my room is nearby the receptionist and the staircase, so I can hear everything the staff and guests at the lobby and receptionist was talking, even though anyone was walking on the staircase I could hear them too. I think the hotel needs to support the ear-lug for the guests.

Value for money. Clean hotel. Next to Metro station (link directly to Hongqiao airport), convienent store, coffee shops, restaurant (bakery, kfc, tofu…). Price is good with this offer.

The staff were very enthusiastic in helping us with a late check-out, changing to a suitable room, and lending us some necessary items. The location is convenient for travel.
