I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I had an issue with my shipping address and my items were incorrectly sent to another hotel, the staff Manniya, went the extra mile to assist me to make things right! My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We even got a free room upgrade and a free gift to use at Disneyland upon checking in! The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of options and there was an egg station as well! There were also shuttle bus options to Disneyland, the Bund and even the airport. Really convenient to get around even though the hotel is located further from the city area. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

It’s a very new hotel, design is relatively modern and simple. The service staff are very friendly, and do go the extra mile to help the hotel guests. Will definitely visit again.

Nice room i had almost new inside. The front desk named Lily very accommodating & helpful. Really appreciated her hospitality. definitely will come back again once i visit shanghai & hope Lily still there. Great job. Keep it up.

Booked this hotel for our Disney trip, absolutely amazing! Room is clean and stuff are truly friendly, even gave a keychain when check out! Will definitely come back for this hotel next time!
