Decent location not far from Shanghai Railway Station. The check in can be easily pre-arranged by WeChat.
The dorm room and bed were standard, but the cleaning cannot keep up with the constantly high occupation. The property had a non-smoking rule, but it wasn't enforced at all. The room was filled with smoking almost all night.
Overall, until the non-smoking rule is enforced, I do not recommend this place to non-smoking guests.

A hotel without service. Everything works with codes. However, the codes do not work. The beds are comfortable and the other guests are nice.

豫住靜安區中心鉑庭520號，同一個房東，同城旅遊顯示可以開空調，我去開空調室友把我罵一頓。房東不讓開空調。上午11點微信轉賬40元作為房租，同城顯示下午六點之前可以免費取消訂單，下午三點鐘房東不退錢豫住四川北路這一家我住了兩天想續住，房東説讓我搬走，房東説要把女生青年旅舍改造成男生青年旅舍。還沒到12點鐘退房時間，10：28分房東就讓安裝wifi男人進來女生青年旅舍。#房東服務態度很一般 #房間沒有明顯異味

目前這是我來過最差的民宿，沒有之一，整個晚上沒有睡着！該房間十分狹小且封閉，窗口衹有一個且十分小，然後人員眾多，共有12個床位，有人員晚上時不時抽煙吃零食，也真是奇葩了。上鋪動一下就嘎吱嘎吱的響個不停，十分吵鬧，床單上有很多微小顆粒垃圾沒有去清理，嚴重影響睡眠！建議其他後續住宿者慎重考慮在該民宿的住宿。

位置超方便，出門步行5分鐘就是地鐵站，去景點和商圈都超近，省了好多通勤時間。 公共區域超乾淨陽台還能曬衣服，房間裏床鋪私隱性很好，枕頭被子也乾淨得沒有異味。 老闆人超熱情，態度好性價比直接拉滿
