What a wonderful trip! Hilton's service is impeccable. I always prioritize staying at Hilton whenever I travel, and they've never let me down.

Front desk manager Urban was incredibly nice and welcoming. He helped me choose a room I was really happy with, and even arranged a room upgrade for me! My upgraded Deluxe Dynamic Room had an additional dressing table compared to the Superior Room, which was a lovely extra. The hotel itself is brand new, and I absolutely love the design and color scheme. My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Caohejing was absolutely superb; it definitely deserves a five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was captivated by its luxurious and grand decor, which was truly impressive. The front desk staff who checked me in were not only well-presented but also incredibly professional and efficient. Their thoughtful and efficient service instantly made a fantastic first impression. Stepping into the room, the spacious and bright environment immediately uplifted my mood. It was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. Amenities like smart wireless charging and electric curtains were simply fantastic, and there were too many thoughtful features to list. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, feeling like I was wrapped in a cloud, ensuring I drifted off to sleep soundly every night and my sleep quality significantly improved. The bathroom featured separate wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet was a breeze to use. The high-end toiletries provided had a captivating fragrance, making the entire bathing experience truly enjoyable. Throughout my stay, whether I requested room service or had any other needs, the staff were always prompt in their response and incredibly friendly. They truly went above and beyond to fulfill every request. Moreover, every staff member, from housekeeping to others, would proactively greet guests, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich and varied, offering a wide array of options including Chinese staples like steamed buns, *youtiao* (fried dough sticks), and congee, as well as Western choices like bread and milk, along with various snacks, fresh fruits, and exquisite pastries. Everything tasted great, and I was satisfied with my meal every single day. A special shout-out to the friendly staff member at the breakfast bar on August 20th; she was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic, making the breakfast experience even more delightful. Overall, this stay was absolutely perfect. For my next trip, this hotel will definitely remain my top choice.

The room was incredibly spacious and felt brand new – you definitely won't be disappointed! It was spotlessly clean, and there's ample parking available. The location is fantastic, offering extremely convenient transportation and a spacious, easy-to-navigate area. All necessary amenities are nearby, and ordering food delivery is super convenient with great options!

We came to Shanghai with our child for an exhibition and didn't arrive at the hotel until past midnight. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room and even offered complimentary breakfast for our child. The room was incredibly spacious, and the twin beds were very wide, making it exceptionally comfortable and roomy for our stay. It also featured a separate walk-in closet, a pleasant sitting area, and a mini-bar. Both the linens and the room's amenities were brand new. The breakfast spread was wonderfully abundant and varied. Getting to the hotel from Hongqiao was also super convenient!

The room amenities were excellent. The room itself was spotless, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable. It was also very well-equipped. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Special mention to Ella at the front desk, who provided excellent service and was very proactive and enthusiastic.

When I came to Shanghai for 'bw', by the time I managed to get tickets, all the nearby hotels were either fully booked or ridiculously overpriced. I thought, if I'm going to pay that much, I might as well stay at a five-star instead of a three-star. This hotel, recommended by my friend, truly surpassed all my expectations. It was incredibly well-equipped, boasting a microwave and a large fridge (which surprisingly even had Wangwang crushed ice pops inside!). The welcome fruit platter was generous, and the coffee was excellent. The roasted chicken at breakfast was absolutely divine! Oh, and among the breakfast fruits, there were incredibly sweet, large lychees (I didn't get a photo!). The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were exceptionally warm and welcoming! The bellhops were proactive in helping with luggage and incredibly perceptive – truly commendable! But the absolute best part is that it's pet-friendly! I got to see adorable furry friends every single day – they were just too cute! It was an absolutely wonderful two-day stay!

Impressive! I like the hotel and will stay again. Hotel is new, was upgraded as I was staying for 7 nights. Breakfast had a good variety, and staff is fast with tables clean up for quick table turnaround. Housekeeper lady was very green for first couple of days with the clean up, I told her a few tips while I was there one day, then the room was cleaned better and better each day. The Landry room is excellent, machines were good, and I sat there for an hour comfortably. The only thing is that due to the new hotel, the formaldehyde smell was very strong. For people who is very sensitive, they may want to go after a while.

This hotel truly made a lasting impression on me during my summer trip. Having stayed on Wuzhong Road before, I can confidently say that this hotel's entrance is incredibly grand – it's undeniably the most striking facade on the entire street. On such a sweltering day, stepping into that magnificent lobby honestly made me feel instantly cool and refreshed. After checking in, I was delighted to find complimentary fruit and snacks in my room, which was a truly thoughtful touch. The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent too. During my leisure time, I made a point to explore the hotel's surroundings and snap some photos. Parking nearby was surprisingly free, especially considering other hotels in the vicinity charge for it. That's a huge bonus! I was in Caohejing for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located at a major intersection with a very noticeable and impressive entrance. There are lots of places to eat nearby. The front desk had asked about my check-in time, and even though I ended up arriving later than expected, they not only gave me a free room upgrade but also had the AC turned on for me beforehand. Walking into the room, it was perfectly cool and comfortable right away – really appreciated the thoughtful service!

It seems like a relatively new establishment, and its location is very easy to find. The entire building beautifully captures a unique Shanghai charm, blending stylish modern design with retro aesthetics. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and having an iron available for guests' personal use was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Every dish, from the freshly made congee and pork chop noodles to the delightful mini cakes, was delicious.

I had arrived early morning, I told the lady at the reception I am ready to wait. She is so nice to do extra mile by asking the housekeeping supervisior to check my room so i am able to enter early. That is a nice gesture from the hotel reception where I had took a red eye flight to Shanghai. The location is great with many restaurants around. There is a Starbucks just below the hotel too.
