I have never written a review before but we had such an amazing stay at Hotel indigo i had to review it. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, everything was so clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, right infront of dishui lake, you are able to watch the fireworks from the hotel balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had a diverse selection to choose from. Our first room was beautiful and had stunning views of the city but we we kindly upgraded to a lake veiw room which was even more beautiful. We were also offered complimentary breakfast. The staff at the hotel were helpful and super friendly even helping up to rent bikes throughout the day and night. I would like to specifically thank Claire one of the on duty managers who was so kind and very helpful with renting bikes, Angus who also rented us bikes and was so helpful with anything we needed and was always available for us to contact, his english was very good, this made communication very easy. And Carter who really went out of his way to help and make us feel welcomed. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

滴水湖度假的新選擇。規模很大，有兩幢樓，臨湖的樓視野更好。房間大，挑高高，風格清朗。床品舒適，燈光設計合理。推薦陽台房。我們訂的豪華精品湖景陽台房，兩面玻璃，環湖視野極佳，要是陽台上能放把椅子就更好。獨立衣帽間很大。浴缸和沖淋在一起，也有一個小陽台。不過看得出一些裝飾細節略粗糙，比如脱膠，還有不太理解為何椅子有很多擦傷的痕跡。星空頂泳池很大，水温恆温。客人可以在大堂吧享用一杯飲料。歡迎水果也得在這裏自取。 B2停車場酒店客人專屬區域，電梯直達大堂，指引清晰。早餐有面檔，蛋檔，不過可做的品類不多。肉食有羊排還是挺驚異的，但除此以外選擇不多，尤其葷食有點白人飯了。剛開業，看得出高層很重視，管理人員一直在各個區域巡視，所有的工作人員都很熱情、努力，包括管家、餐廳、前台、門廳、客房樓層阿姨。平時的價格很有性價比，節假日就得承受溢價了。

这次整体入住体验还是很满意的，特别是能在房间里直接看到烟花，还有延迟退房的安排，都让我觉得很贴心。酒店位置也非常方便。另外，能被升级到湖景套房、并且可以通过微信直接沟通，也让我觉得非常方便又贴心。早餐的烤羊排太好吃啦～総合的にとてもいいステイ体験でした♡ 花火はセンター目の前で見えて、レイトチェックアウトにしていただき、ホテルの位置も便利でよかったです。レイクビューのお部屋を予約→スイートにアップグレードしてもらったり、WeChatで直接コミュニケーション取れるのもありがたいですね。朝食にラムチョップが置いてあって、焼きたてで美味しかったです！不过也有几点小建议想反馈一下：・入户门附近的洗手间有一点异味；・早餐方面有待改进：座位太少，只能坐在吧台区域；而且早餐品种相对较少，比如不像杭州的英迪格那样丰富，也无法现做蛋巻，这和英迪格品牌的定位不太相符；・作为IHG的国际品牌，希望今后能有更多懂基础英语的员工。我本人懂中文还好，但看到其他外国客人无法沟通，我甚至帮忙翻译了几次，有点遗憾。数点、改善点もお伝えできればと思います。・スイートは2つお手洗いがありますが、入り口に近い方のお手洗いは排水溝の臭いがしたため、使用しませんでした。・朝食はかなり改善の余地があるかと思います。まず、座席が少なすぎて、私の行った時間(10時台)はバーエリアに座るしかなかったこと。INDIGOホテルは中国国内でも何度か宿泊してますが、例えば杭州に比べると本当に種類も少なくて…INDIGOなのに朝からオムレツも作れないなんて残念… ・IHGという国際ブランドなので、今後は英語がわかるスタッフが増えることに期待してます。私は外国人ながら中国語もそれなりに分かるのでいいんですが、何人か外国人のお客様とスタッフがコミュニケーションを取らない場面も見かけました(しかも、オムレツが作れないとか、ラムチョップがいくつ欲しいか？など超基礎的な簡単な内容なのに…)私も朝食会場でちょっと通訳をしてました笑整体来说还是一次不错的入住体验，希望下次能更好〜結果的にはゆっくりとしたホテルステイができたので、次回は更なる改善に期待です〜
