The hotel is conveniently located very close to the exhibition center, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent! It's also not far from Panlong Tiandi, which is great for dining and exploring. The late check-out option was incredibly accommodating, and the front desk service was superb.

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. You'll find a convenience store and plenty of food options right across the street. It's a quick 3-4km taxi ride to Hongguan for performances, 10km from Hongqiao Airport, and less than 2km from Panlong Tiandi. My only minor complaint would be the soundproofing, which wasn't great.

The room was tiny, comparable to a budget hotel, and had a musty smell. The air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. When I called to report the issue, they asked if I wanted an extra fan, which I promptly declined. Maintenance came to inspect it, but the problem persisted. In contrast, the gym's AC was very strong. The room's soundproofing was terrible, and it was very noisy in the mornings. Even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, I was still asked if I wanted housekeeping.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. Panzhong Road, right outside the entrance, leads directly to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), and for those willing to walk, the subway station isn't far either. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and affordable. The front desk staff are highly professional and always eager to assist. The security guard at the entrance is incredibly dedicated, even helping guests distribute food deliveries late at night. If I visit the NECC again in the future, Chung Chien Courtyard would be an excellent choice.

I chose this hotel for the BW event. Even though it's 1km from the venue, the hotel's shuttle service to the exhibition hall during the event was a lifesaver. While it didn't drop us right at the door, it definitely saved me some money!
Derek at the front desk handled my check-in swiftly and efficiently. Sally at Wanhui Xuan and the entire restaurant team were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive variety, and the price was fair for the selection.
I was quite fond of the food delivery robot. It almost made me want to order more takeout just to see it again, haha! (Just kidding, don't mind me!)
I'll be cheering for BW tickets next year, hoping to stay here again.

It's not very family-friendly. My husband needed to work, and it was quite awkward for my child and me to share the single available table for meals. The parking lot is minuscule; finding a spot was a real challenge. However, the security staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. But then housekeeping was a letdown; the tissue box wasn't refilled, leaving us with only a few tissues. I particularly liked the bathroom; my child could sit comfortably while bathing. I can't quite bring myself to give a low rating, but a good one would feel insincere, as I wasn't truly satisfied.

The hotel was good in general. However, upon checking out and requesting for a van to take us to Pudong airport through a partner service the hotel was advertising, the hotel staff couldn't help since it was less than 2 hours before. We requested help from the concierge to contact the van company and they booked us a car, but they didn't tell us the car they booked was just a regular taxi. Right before seeing the car, we even asked if this car was from the company. They said yes. We wish they could have been honest since we ended up paying 86 RMB more than the regular rate.
