The overall experience was ok. We arrived and the 24h receptionist couldn't speak any English, but you could use your own phone to translate. We booked bigger rooms but they gave us smaller ones and we paid the same amount, not good.

感謝前台幫忙升級客房（至大床房，原來是1.35米大床房）， 使用了（免費/包）早餐服務，這個酒店一共有約80間客房，它的早餐廳共有4張餐桌，12把椅子，非常驚訝，這樣的狀態已經持續十多年了，沒有其他客人投訴嗎（早餐廳擁擠，無座位，不方便）？ 總部沒有檢查嗎？ 非常驚訝！在酒店介紹裏沒有告訴客人，衹能同時容納12個人同時就餐嗎？另外，使用了樓梯/緊急通道，非常驚訝，樓梯扶手是這種樣子的，怎麼通過的消防檢查的？（附照片3張）…是我第一個發現的？ 驚訝！奇葩！

Great hotel. Clean, big rooms. They allow extensions and you don’t have to move out of your room to get one. I like the robot service delivery when you order food and it gets sent to your room.

第一次體驗漢庭，是沒有下次選擇的機會了，我真是從不評價的，這次我真的不能理解，一個連鎖酒店，洗手池都是壞的，水都放不出，他們自己工作人員就不知道嗎嗎？就這樣吧。其他也不想多説，隔音效果差死

床對出就是半道窗簾，晚上雨聲嘀滴答答好響，還有樓下的説話聲很清爽的，狗也有，隔音一點也不好，房間很小，床也不怎麼平的，

入住體驗非常滿意前台還給免費升級了房型早餐也是非常滿意距離地鐵站也很近走路幾分鐘 周邊吃的也很多 距離景點也是不遠 性價比很高服務態度很好 下次來上海還會選擇入住非常滿意👍
