Room can be controlled by Xiaodu (including aircon temperature and light). Toilet light will be automatically turn on once step inside. Toilet bowl also can be automatically flush once done.
Breakfast is quite nice and has various choices.
Various TV shows
Nearby has convenient store.
Around 12 mins walk to the nearest MRT station.
But,
-Difficult in booking Didi (took time for driver to accept)
-Room cleanliness can be improved (tidy up the bed)
-Not enough hook in toilet

Location is kind of far from metro station. The room is nice and cozy with a big window, only down side is the bed had a little bit dusty smell to it. 4.2/5

My room despite paying extra for windows , had a small panel at one end of the room. The breakfast was not international and we had to manage with egg, toast and coffee. (It was managable). The housekeeping was poor. They didnt wash used cups for almost 3 days , finally we washed term ourselves. One day they forgot to keep any towels (not a single one) and when we returned at midnight , we had to ask them to provide, similarly ond day they fidnt replenish water bottles. They never informed us about free softdrinks in the mini bar. Location was ok as far as metro was concerned, but getting a taxi was difficult as taxi drivers would cancel bookings suddenly even after 10 minutes of waiting.

Very nice staff. We only stay one night so we didn't have time to explore the surroundings but very nice room, spacious and comfy bed.

The room was a little small but comfortable enough. The location did mean you had to travel a lot to get places but not a huge problem. Staff don’t speak English but you can communicate using phones. Overall it worked well as our base in Shanghai for 5 days
