The Longemont Hotel in Shanghai is one of the pleasant hotels to stay to when you are visiting. All amenities and function areas are fine and satisfying. Staffs are professional, respectful and know how to communicate in English.

酒店的服務非常主動，會詢問客户需求儘量安排。
地址位置不錯，打車出行方便，周圍也很適合散步吃飯玩耍，樓下有便利店很方便。
房間做了升級很大，很喜歡龍之夢的景觀，真的很開闊。
這次因為時間緊張還嘗試了客房商務套餐，體驗很不錯，非常經濟划算。
這個價格的星級酒店算是附近的高性介比之選，下次還會考慮，望保持。

真心不錯，很滿意！具體情況如下：
1. 位置絕佳，去上海任何地方都很方便，周邊吃東西也很有特色；
2. 服務一流，因為到的比較早，1點左右，前台美女小姐姐主動升級房型；行政酒廊客服Mia 打印服務熱情周到，賓至如歸；
3. 酒店早餐豐富，選擇多；
4. 酒店房間也很安靜，睡眠質量佳，泳池熱鬧，人頭攢動！

昨晚因為原來酒店入住流程有問題換了龍之夢，臨時訂房前台幫升級到了行政套，視野絕佳體驗很好，早餐品類豐富，酒店最近有活動但是也沒有很打擾到我們住客，設施齊全衞生做的不錯😌很難不力薦一下啊😁

酒店位置處在上海市中心，交通便利，更難能可貴的是酒店房間的面積較一般市內中心五星酒店而言，明顯更為寬敞。酒店毗鄰上生新所和衡復梧桐區，現代和歷史人文交錯，吃飯、周邊city walk都非常便捷。酒店的日常維護做的還挺不錯，前台工作人員非常親切、高效，酒店的中餐廳和早餐也很不錯，下次家庭出行或者商務出差還會選擇。

記得龍之夢大酒店剛開業時，特意組織單位在那搞團建，市中心五星級大酒店，服務，設施，餐飲都是一流的。想不到過了那麼多年帶孩子去游泳度假，堂堂五星大酒店各方面都衰退到不行。首先，早飯根本沒有五星，頂多三星水平。熱食沒有麪條，沒有餛飩，僅僅衹有一碗粉。面試衹有核桃糕和包子四種。熱餐衹有幾種雞肉，更多的是烤腸。粥也衹有一種白粥，還是冷的。孩子吃幾口就沒有食慾。其次，游泳池長條形，面積小不説，充斥健身卡會員，遊幾下就撞上別人。然後房間設施吧，還湊合，沒有梳子，沒有一次性刮鬍刀。不巧入住那天正好外地少兒藝術團入住，人一多，服務沒跟上，早餐也不及時添加，冷了也不換。房間也不及時打掃。外表還是龍之夢大酒店，實際服務也就是錦江之星吧。當然賣點還是有的，窗外景色。不過隔壁和對過的快捷酒店也有這個層高和景色。
