The building looks a bit old, but the room’s interior is still nice. The location is very close to Tangqiao Station. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the amenities are complete. Lastly, the front office staff were very helpful, and I loved that they spoke English really well

The pillow and blanket had saliva smell and the bedsheet was really rough and uncomfortable. In-room dining was tasteless and slow. Receptionist that assisted our check-in was not friendly, only when we checked-out they asked us to give a 5 star review on the app. However, the cleaning lady was kind and helpful.

100-150m to the station. Great place for family stay with all the necessary facilities. Rooms are spacious with some city view.

Hotel in a good location with easy access to both Pudong and Puxi area. Quiet and clean. Service in lobby speaks good English so it is easy to communicate.

The room was nice and clean but the reception staffs should learn how to smile, friendly and accommodating. A minute away from Tangqiao metro station of Line 4 which was a +++
