I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Everything was impeccably clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the view from the window was stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay! The breakfast buffet had too many delicious and healthy food!

First visited in 2018 and then in 2025. The property is showing signs of wear. Even the “Awards” wall shows all their awards earned back in 2014 and 2015. Rooms super nice and spacious - great shower and bath area. View of Bund and proximity to shopping mall is perfect. Great staff and service is unmatched. The people checking you in will address you by name when you seem them the next day - very personalized stay.

- Bathroom surfaces filled with stains. - Men's changing room was all wet and dirty with some shower knobs either broken or missing. - No shower gels in the Men's shower area for swimming pool. - Sauna was not working to start with. Upon numerous trials, it turned on and never got hot enough. - I'm not sure if this is even a spa hotel? Not the standards I would expect from a 5-star hotel to say the least. - Some staff were kind and friendly whilst others seemed very upset to even help you and had a very frustrated look on their faces. - Definitely not worth, 3500 CNY for a night stay at this hotel. Would recommend other hotels such as W, Peninsula or St.Regis if river views are desired
