I had a comfortable stay here! The room layout and design were great — comfy bedding, a cozy couch corner, and a convenient space for luggage. Free luggage storage was also a plus. Cleanliness was good (4/5), though a used coffee cup was left in the room until I reported it. Location (3/5) is super handy for Pudong Airport and Disneyland, but quite far from the city — so it depends on your plan. Service (4/5) was mostly good. Kay at the front desk was very helpful during check-in, though some staff could be more proactive when guests need assistance. The amenities were excellent (5/5) — from the Disneyland shuttle and nice breakfast to thoughtful details like full toiletries, a good hair dryer, reminders about non-potable water, and caution notes for slippery bathroom floors. Overall, a solid option if you’re visiting Disneyland or flying from Pudong!

The hotel staff is very professional and enthusiastic, Lucy at the front desk is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, shopping and eating near the hotel are convenient, and there is a free Disney shuttle bus.

Service: The front desk staff, possibly named Lancy, was very helpful. She assisted with an early check-in, allowing us to access the room right away when we arrived around 10 a.m. and also can late check-out around 2 pn. Although the room normally doesn’t have a refrigerator, we requested one and it was delivered to our room promptly. Room: The room was clean and more spacious than expected, with two seating areas and the double-layer blackout curtains. There was also an iron and ironing board, and the soundproofing was good. However, the room lighting was warm-toned (orange), and the bathroom did not have a bidet spray. Location: The hotel is not far from the airport. There aren’t many restaurants around the hotel just a few restaurants nearby but still have a coffee shop, a bakery, a local convenience store. The metro station is about a 7–10 minute walk away, and around the metro there are more dining options since it’s located in a shopping mall that also has a supermarket and a small playground for children. Didi cars can be called right in front of the hotel. Breakfast: The room rate included breakfast, which was decent. There were noodles, salad, porridge, and a small selection of bread, as well as a free coffee with coffee machine. Bottle of water is available at the front desk. However, the quality of the hotel’s food (i ordered for dinner) was not very good. It’s tasted like a frozen food.
