SKYBIRD Hotel (Shanghai International Resort - Chuansha Metro Station Store)

Impressed! Excellent service and great support from the staff. The room is clean, and the location is very convenien, just a short walk to Lawson and the FamilyMart across the street. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to Disneyland and the airport, which can be booked at the front desk. Our booking was assisted by “小云” (Xiao Yun). She was very kind, helpful, and had a full service mind. She provided all the information we needed and made our stay even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Disneyland and looking for a place to stay around the Pudong area.

The worst hotel we stayed in Shanghai in so many years, cannot understand how they were rated 4 stars. The hardware and service could not even reach 3 stars. The hotel was transported from a cheap chain hotel, hardware are in poor quality. Staffs were not properly trained. At breakfast room, we inform our room number but told to inform a lady we did not know who. But when we ordered food, they asked again and again.

One of the highlights was the location. It’s in a convenient area, near ShangHai Pudong International Airport, with easy access to public transport, restaurants... Despite being in a central spot, the room was quiet and peaceful — perfect for getting some rest after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was also a big win: fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the small details like complimentary water bottles, good-quality toiletries, and daily housekeeping. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Whether you’re traveling for business or just relaxing, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Very good location, near to disneyland and pudong airport. Provide free shuttle to both location. Room is fair, clean and the service provided from staff especially 小胡 are perfect.
