Hongqiao State Guest House Shanghai is an excellent and very beautiful Hotel, with a wonderful Garden around. Rooms are nice, a little and very clean. Staff is very Polite and service minded. Breakfast is well assorted both for Asian Style but also for Western Style Breakfast. The Hotel is very close to Line 10 Shuicheng Road EXIT. If you go by Metro. I can only give my best recommandations to. Hongqiao State Guest House Shanghai.

Beautiful hotel. My parents stayed with me this time. staff were super friendly.
I have always chosen this hotel when i come to shanghai. It feels comfort able.
And it is also quiet in environment.

Located in a green and lush area, which used to had a great shopping mall. A bit old school and not up to date. Rooms smell a bit, and off everything. I still enjoyed the lush garden and surrounding but not for everyone.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. It feels almost like a big garden. There are many separate buildings with some looking like mansions. The business standard rooms in the main building are comfortable though a little small. The breakfast food is very good, if not top notch. The gym is located in a separate building 5 min by walk from the main building. The hotel’s restaurant serves high quality Chinese cuisine and wedding parties. I high recommend it to anyone traveling in and out of Hongqiao airport or railway station.

I stayed in a deluxe twin room. This hotel has a rare advantage: each bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters long, very spacious. The room has been renovated and has a Shanghai style and fashionable feel. On a nice day, the green trees and lawns in the hotel are very beautiful. It is only 400 to 500 meters away from the subway entrances of Line 5 and Line 15. The service is also very good. When I took yogurt for breakfast, the waiter saw it and sent a straw to me. There are many types of breakfast, full marks.
