The room and bathroom were clean. However on the second day we had to ask for the cleaning service as it was not done yet at 16.00h. (The ‚please make uo the room’ sign was at the door since 10.00h) For me the hotel was too far away from the metro stations. At first we took Nanjing road west but it was complicated to come to the hotel and we took a Didi. Actually a shuttle is provided to and from People’s Square but we would have had to book it in advance which made it only really convenient when we left. We got free adapters, actually the first time in three weeks in China that we needed them. I want to mention and thank for the provided water bottles which are very stylish 👍

Incredible front desk service by 小胡 and they are really friendly, help out with the inquiries as much as possible. She went above and beyond to provide assistance. The overall team is helpful whenever they are available. Central conditioning so you might want to take note on this.
