當天其他想住的酒店都訂不到了，衹能選了這家。兩間房，三號樓。設施超級老舊，洗手間的燈還會閃，房間空調壞的，開着兩扇窗睡的，還是非常悶熱，大人熱的都受不了，孩子睡醒了口乾舌燥。房間的馬桶也是壞的，流水聲持續不斷。第二天退房打電話問能不能直接電話咯退房，説可以的，然後就掛了，打了兩個都是這樣，我話都沒説完，車子牌照沒錄進去我走又回前台，辦理退房錄車牌，前台的小姐態度很好，但是真的不會再來了，花了錢住得不開心。

酒店在瑞金二路，在上海是很中心的位置，這回是第一次入住瑞金洲際酒店，慕名而來的，是最近熱播電視劇《沉默的榮耀》中的一處取景地，cos了一把香港半島酒店

貴賓樓的裝飾風格雖然復古，但設施並不老舊，看得出來保養得很好，木製傢俱亮到發光，配合暗紅色的布藝有格調。 Byredo 的備品， Lebon 漱口水。床品很不錯。
行政酒廊很有藝術感，所有酒廊工作人員都專業友善，除了很奇怪有工作人員來要大眾點評的好評。
主樓和貴賓樓的禮賓大叔服務都很在線。
貴賓樓碰到的客房服務阿姨們也是面帶笑容主動打招呼。
琅廬餐廳的早餐選擇很豐富，麪包、酸奶選擇尤其多，就餐和取餐區域很大，班蛋是做好的，溏心已凝固。
辦理入住時，前台説大小陽台房都要等一個半小時，要3點半以後才能入住，並拒絕了安排房間等待，這些能理解，但是排房管理和話術有嚴重的問題，面對客人一味拒絕，而不是想辦法或安撫，這不是服務行業的做法：強調了一下入住都是要3點，那麼有通知前面的客人該按規定12點退房嗎；問能否打掃的房間先進去，又拒絕，説做不了房卡；太太大着肚子發了脾氣，馬上給放了一件小陽台房，不過面對地下停車出入通道，呵呵。
衞生問題，浴缸有毛髮沒有清理乾淨。
出租車進來，安保説走反了，就喊退，但也不引導。
游泳池和健身設施外包，影響住客體驗。

瑞金洲際賓館的環境特別好，裝修是現在很火的“老錢風”，看着舒服又有質感。入住的時候，酒店還幫忙升級了房間，空間更大、景觀更美。早餐很豐富，他們家的下午茶也值得試試，整體體驗很讓人滿意。

為了去文化廣場看演出嘛，於是選在這邊小住一晚，還真是挺愜意的。酒店地庫停車還挺方便，距離文化廣場更是過馬路就到。酒店設施、衞生、服務都很好，環境更是超讚、處處是景，行政酒廊下午茶和早餐品質都很高，西餐廳的自助晚餐也很出彩，體驗非常棒。

帶娃去瑞金看牙，順便住一晚，離醫院很近，走去商場也不遠。但房間是個聯通房，畫圈的就是跟隔壁連着的門，比較不滿的是入住的時候沒有告知，晚上才發現隔音約等於沒有，隔壁説話洗澡用吹風機都聽的很清楚，像是跟陌生人住在一個套間裏，有點煩躁，湊合著睡了一晚。
辦理入住的時候前台態度有一種厭世感，工作的時候還是有點職業素養吧，起碼掛個笑熱情點呢。退房時候的前台倒挺熱情，起碼會笑了…地下停車場的門衞師傅素質挺高的，很有禮貌也能積極接解決問題。
整體來説鬧中取靜吧，酒店地理、綠化都可以，比較有年代感，如果對房間的設施、環境要求不是很高的話可以住住。

酒店位置和環境不錯，價值就在於他的鬧中取靜，綠化率很高。但不建議國定假日入住，正好趕上酒店內舉辦婚禮，又是入住高峯期，每個環節和許多細節都打折扣，比如辦理入住時就等待了很久，下午兩點多到的，一直到四點才把房間打掃出來。我是6號入住的，也就是中秋節，體驗很不好，有點後悔選擇在這裏過中秋節了。如果你不在意能不能休息好，衹單純出來看建築看環境，可以住一下。
