Great hotel. 10-15 minutes walk from metro. Staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Air conditioning works great (see note below about turning on)
Complaints: the coffee machine keep running out of water and so does the milk jar - have to ask staff to refill it. My room's air conditioner in Chinese and touchpad is abit finicky to turn in (I have to press function button, then switch button but it takes a few goes). My rooms shower water flow pressure doesn't seem to be controlable, it's press a button, so there is LOTS of water and it's loud.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. In fact, all the hotel staff provided exceptional and meticulous service. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. This was a truly satisfying stay, and I am extremely pleased.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Jing'an Temple. The area is surrounded by shopping malls like Jiuguang and Réel, and there are numerous renowned restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently located not far from the subway station, and a taxi ride to Nanjing Road or The Bund only takes about ten minutes. The hotel's decor is elegant, the rooms are clean, and the design is well-thought-out.

The room was very spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It was exceptionally clean overall. Our room didn't face the street, so it was nice and quiet. Plus, having a robot deliver takeout to the room was a fantastic convenience!

The environment was fantastic and incredibly quiet. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. We traveled with our family, booked two rooms, and had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were minimalist yet functional, and the environment was pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of light and low-calorie options, which suited both me and my child perfectly. I would definitely consider All Seasons Hotel again for our next trip.

Ji Hotel has always been my go-to choice. They consistently offer excellent service, spotless cleanliness, and a delicious breakfast. What's more, there are no unpleasant odors in either the lobby or the rooms, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended!
