The front desk staff in the morning of 5/11 really served me well

The room size was decent, but the soundproofing wasn't very good. It was particularly disruptive when other guests arrived late or left early, as their conversations were quite loud. Frankly, I believe the main issue lies with the inconsiderate behavior of some guests. Today, September 8, 2025, after checking into the hotel in the early hours of the morning and sleeping in, I took the 11 AM hotel shuttle to Pudong Terminal 1. The driver, a man with a Sichuan accent, was incredibly distracted. He was talking on his phone while driving after we boarded, and then continued sending messages once the call ended. I was sitting in the second row from the back, and I was on edge the entire journey. There were many other cars on the highway, and the driver kept swaying the steering wheel erratically. After he finally stopped texting, he even took an ear pick from his large keyring and started cleaning his ears while driving! He might think he's a skilled driver, but this behavior is incredibly dangerous and utterly disregardful of passenger safety. I sincerely hope this driver will rectify his actions.

This hotel is truly excellent, with several key highlights: 1. Breakfast starts as early as 3:30 AM, which was perfect for grabbing a meal before heading to the airport. 2. The airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the vehicle was, and the driver was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. 3. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is good to sleep few hours and go to the airport... The distance is only 15 minutes by the bus that is provided by the hotel. You have to tell the Hotel what time you wanna go to the airport so they can write your name down and remind you Breakfast is 2/10 nothing special...  The hotel is too far from metro station Overall the hotel is good only because it's next to the airport and affordable at the same time Thank You

I frequently travel to China for business. When my final destination is near Shanghai, such as Nantong, Zhoushan, or Ningbo, and my flight schedule doesn't work out, I always use this hotel near the airport. I've tried several other hotels near the airport, and this one is the most comfortable. It offers a very reasonable price and an airport shuttle service. The shuttle bus is available from 3:00 AM to midnight, allowing you to plan your flight accordingly. This hotel is very convenient.

Super clean linen and very comfy bed! We left at 5 am so we couldn't eat their delicious breakfast like the other time. This time there were so many domestic tourists that the hotel had to organize 2 buses at the same time to the airport. Everything was fast and well organized.

Beyond expectations comfort stay for late night travelers with, multiple eats at the door step!

Perhaps an old factory that became a "hotel". Friendly staff and clean room, perhaps good enough for one night. AC didn't work well and thus I moved to another room which had a similar issue. Surprisingly, someone was fixing the walls around 7:30am by my room door. I woke up as a result. Unbelievable.
