Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Wujiaochang

This is my 4th time staying at this Hyatt..service has been excellent… Love their gym it’s got everything!

Stayed at Hyatt Shanghai Wujiaochang with my family and had a very pleasant experience. Maria was very attentive and took the initiative to help confirm our extra-bed request, which was handled smoothly. The hotel is located right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The pool is heated, which is great for families, and the kids really enjoyed it. The room was clean and quiet, and overall management felt solid. I travel frequently and stay at many hotels, and the service at Hyatt Wujiaochang has been consistently reliable. Definitely recommended, and we’ll stay again. 带家人入住上海五角场凯悦，整体体验相当不错。Maria的服务很细心，入住时主动协助确认加床需求，处理得非常顺畅。酒店楼下就是商场，吃饭、逛街都很方便。泳池为温水设计，对家庭旅客很友好，小朋友也玩得很开心。房间整洁、安静，整体管理到位。平常常到处飞、住过不少酒店，五角场凯悦的服务算是稳定又让人放心。值得推荐，也会再回住。 가족과 함께 상하이 우자오창 하얏트에 숙박했는데 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. Maria 님이 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 추가 침대 요청도 문제없이 잘 처리해 주셨습니다. 호텔 바로 아래가 쇼핑몰이라 식사나 쇼핑이 매우 편리했습니다. 수영장은 온수라 가족 여행객에게 특히 좋았고, 아이들도 즐겁게 놀았습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 조용했으며 전체적인 관리도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 평소 비행이 잦아 여러 호텔을 이용해 왔지만, 우자오창 하얏트의 서비스는 항상 안정적이고 믿을 만합니다. 추천할 만한 호텔이며 다음에도 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Only have one remark and that is the missing seating facilities in the large lobby. We are used to talk to our customers in the lobby while seating. Also looks more inviting when people sit and talk.

All was great, would come again. The staff is very friendly and nice.
