房間挺大的，佈置得不錯。外邊有個院子，有花有草，還能看湖，景色nice。很適合夏天過來，坐在庭院的桌子上與三五好友或家人聊聊天吹吹晚風

太差了，看圖片還挺好，看上去什麼設施都有，但都是最差的，衞生間小不説還反臭味關上衞生間門都不好使，乾濕分離太遠用着不方便，洗澡的水流很小，床也不舒服，窗户封閉不嚴和1樓原因可冷了，房間裏有一個投影儀上和插孔板有兩個藍色的亮點晚上也關不掉，對睡眠不好的相當不友好，離高架橋很近晚上聲音可大，去的路上有一段樓梯對拿重行李不友好，晚上走一段非常陰暗的路，去迪士尼玩住了兩晚還挺貴，性價比簡直太低了，第二天都不想住了，沒有辦法去迪士尼回來太晚，真是太差了不知道怎麼那麼多好評，去迪士尼當晚回來晚想跟前台説一聲第二天早走沒人，第二天早晨去還沒人自己把房卡放在前台，太差太差太差了

距離地鐵站很近，步行10分鐘就能到達，入住的房間非常乾淨整潔，樓下院子裏的風景也讓人倍感放鬆，有賓至如歸的感覺，下次來上海還會繼續入住，性價比值得推薦。

這是一條僅代表個人看法的評論。當然，其他評論裏面説的優點都是真實存在的，乾淨敞亮的小院子，離地鐵站不到1公里的步行距離，十分安靜的環境，寬敞明亮的房間，圖片裏的那些都是真實情況，但我還是想僅代表我個人發表一些評價。首先我是一個人，這個位置並不適合一個人晚上走夜路。大馬路上拐過來有一段路是衹有燈沒有人的，最後100米既沒有燈也沒有人，就在河邊一個人走夜路還是挺嚇人的。再次晚上不知道為什麼會有滴水聲特別吵，我一個戴着眼罩耳塞睡覺的人愣是被吵醒了好幾次。再者作為一個北方人，洗澡水忽冷忽熱以及洗完澡馬上就凍感冒一直流鼻涕，我也是醉了。空調可以制熱，但是像吹風機一樣衹在風裡麪暖和離開風馬上就不行，所以睡覺穿羽絨服睡的。房間隔音也很不好，晚上樓上大聲説話都能聽得到。實在是想象不到，零下二十度沒凍着我，在上海4℃的夜裡洗完澡凍得我咬牙打冷戰，十幾年沒有這種體驗了。所以，這個房間如果不是一個人開又恰好睡覺比較輕又恰逢這麼冷的天，這裏性價比還是不錯的。但是很不幸，我湊齊了debuff，第二天一早就老老實實去住酒店了

房間很乾凈，設備齊全，小冰箱、空調、投影儀等一應俱全，地理位置優越，距離地鐵站很近，去迪士尼很方便，老闆是個熱愛生活的人，名宿佈置得很温馨，與周邊景色相得益彰，離開時老闆專程幫我們把行李提到階梯上，很暖心，下次有機會還去!

環境很棒，老闆還免費送了雨衣雨傘我們去迪士尼玩，地鐵站出來到客棧有一段景觀小路，帶娃晚上有點害怕，老闆説可以去接我們，結果晚上路上還是很多人，到客棧了老闆還惦記着怎麼沒有打電話去接我們，小傢伙還想去迪士尼，也會樂意繼續選擇這裏
