If you book the family room, the kids will really love it. But even if you choose a standard room, the playground downstairs is excellent for children. There are drawing/colouring activities, and the breakfast is great — the kids will really enjoy it.

Hotel is very close to Disneyland, about 5 mins by cab.. Breakfast was amazing and even had kids corner to watch TV while eating. Overall good experience.

The room was clean and beautiful. They even hv toys for kids to play with. The size is spacious and the bathroom size is aswell. No bidet in the bathroom but other than that they provide a lot of amenities

Strategic location with shuttle bus services to Disneyland Shanghai. Family suite with nice decoration, kids love it so much! Only thing is the sound proofing not so good.

Rooms are big and service was good. But limited timings for shutter service to airport and Disney.

The room was spacious and bright, and the 1.3-meter twin beds were comfortably sized for our family of three. The bathroom featured an excellent wet/dry separation with separate toilet, vanity, and shower areas. Hotel service was excellent. There's a free shuttle service with routes to/from the subway station, Disneyland, and The Bund; simply checking the timetable makes travel very convenient. The hotel hosts many domestic and international guests heading to Disneyland, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Disneyland.

It's just a 10-minute shuttle ride to Disneyland, and the parking is conveniently located close to the entrance, so you don't have to walk far. This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for a trip to Shanghai Disneyland. What's more, they provide shuttle services to Disneyland, Hongqiao and Pudong Airports, and even The Bund. While it's a fairly standard business hotel, it surprisingly features a large children's play area. The decor is clean and minimalist. They even have delivery lockers, making ordering takeout incredibly convenient. My only minor complaint is the lack of a towel rack in the bathroom; however, on the bright side, the room is well-equipped with plenty of hangers. The metro line nearby can be a bit noisy when trains pass intermittently, but thankfully it wasn't unbearable, and the noise stops after around 11 PM. P.S. If I'm not staying at a Disneyland hotel next time, I would definitely choose this place again to save money for FastPasses.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at this hotel . They were absolutely incredible! Any requests we had , they were able to fulfill. The hotel is conveniently located near Disney and offer free shuttle buses to and from Disney which made our stay even more magical . We will definitely be returning soon

The hotel location is not too far from Disneyland, and the biggest advantage is they provide shuttle service from/to Pudong Airport, Disneyland, and train station, even to TheBund. The hotel interior is modern, very nice, quite clean. In hotel have convenience store, kids' playgrounds, and restaurants. The Family Room is spacious with 2 beds, living room with sofa, and a cute tent for smaller kids to play or chill. The room is clean enough (for us), equipped with basic necessities, and the bathroom is spacious, and everything works well. Hot n cold water runs very well. I asked for a birthday setup, and they delivered it nicely. Not to mention, all the staff we encountered are very helpful, from the doorman who assists us when we waited for our taxi, the shuttle bus driver, until the cleaning service lady who catered us very politely, despite our language barrier. They are all sweet and helpful.Thank you!!! We appreciate it so much. We had a very pleasant stay.

A perfect stay. Shuttle bus to Disney is a plus. Breakfast is great. Staffs are helpful as well.

On the whole, we have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is near Disneyland and it provides shuttle bus services to Disneyland, the bund and the airport which we have utilised and are grateful for. It is not near to any mrt station and not near the city, but otherwise, it is great.

Very good service provided by the hotel staff about the shuttle bus information and timings to Disneyland Shanghai for my family of 4! Very convenient location to get to Disneyland!
