Exactly as described. A two star hotel but extremely clean and comfortable stay. Staff were also courteous and attentive. I love our window as he have our breakfast there everyday. Very convenient location also near metro and easy to locate via DIDI.

衞生：傢俱顏色很暗.可還是挺新.要表揚得是馬桶給配了一次性馬桶墊
環境：交通方便.就是這個月不能睡懶覺外面道路在修路.

The staff needs to be trained on how to handle passports. I had to take my passport back from her several times as she was balling the pages up to flip through them. She treated my passport like an old magazine. At once point she dropped it on the counter to help another guest. I told her over 4 times to not bend the pages ip and she continued to ignore me. I was so upset by the bends in the new pages that I changed my booking from 7 days to one. I would have left immediately but it was late at night and I had just had a 12 hour train ride.
Very careless and disrespectful of documents.
My passport is less than 4 months old and in pristine condition. Or it was. I’m including an example below of how she handled it using my expired passport as an example.

The hotel is well located, and the room is comfortable and well-equipped. The only downside is that the walls are very thin, especially for rooms with windows facing the entrance corridor, which lets in a lot of noise.

it close to metro line 1 and have connections to line 2 in just one station. Line 2 is the most important line to use in Shanghai.
