Best hotel service ever! The front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, and polite. They gave us water and free desserts while we waited to check in, and even let us check in early after our long flight. Highly recommend it! Definitely going back!

clean , quiet and spacious. near new international expo. but quite hassle to reach city and shopping area due to traffic jams. ( usually take 40 to 60 mins) .

I recently stayed at this hotel and my overall experience was average. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxation. The location is acceptable and relatively peaceful, though it is somewhat far from the nearest metro station, which might be inconvenient for those relying on public transportation.
On the other hand, the service at the front desk was below expectations. I noticed a delay in the check-in process and a lack of professionalism in guest interaction. I believe the hotel should work on improving customer service by offering better training to the staff and speeding up the reception procedures to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.
Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking cleanliness and calm, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service area

It was so clean and nice! The next time I visit Shanghai, I was 100% willing to visit again, the blanket was cozy, and most of all, the bathroom was clean. And the staff was so kind. 😀😀👍👍

This Yitel is very cozy and convenient. Hotel provides free meeting and small function room for guests. Room is very clean, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Coffee,tea, bottle water are also provided. Most importantly, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Xiao Wei and his colleagues really helped us, even use their phone to book taxi and prepaid for us as we cannot handle Alipay very well. Very satisfied with the hotel.

A very satisfying stay. I booked a deluxe double room. The room was quite spacious, so the front desk lady helped me upgrade it to a family room for free. It was much more spacious, and she also gave me souvenirs and fermented glutinous rice dumplings, which was really thoughtful.
The breakfast 🍳 variety is not particularly complicated but it is also rich. I recommend the scallion oil noodles 🍜. I ate it for two consecutive mornings, with some roasted bran and fried eggs. A bowl of carbohydrates makes me energetic.
