The hotel is extremely well located! Nearby are the Bund, Nanjing Street. Quick check-in, the room is clean, construction work is nearby, but the noise ends around 8 p.m.

The aircon doesn't work. When asked, the staff just smiled at you without providing for solution (eg. Portable fan).

Overall a good location: 8min walk to the Dashijie subway station and 10min walk to Yu Garden. We liked the rooms and the robot! Breakfast is all right, there is good bread and jam variety. Only the scrambled eggs were always very dry maybe because of the way they cooked a large amount. Good coffee machine. Staff very nice, helpful and mostly spoke English.

Of the four hotels I stayed in during my trip around China, this was by far the best. Good front desk, clean and well serviced room, large breakfast and - most importantly - was quiet. Would recommend and stay again for my next visit to Shanghai

We stayed in this hotel during our Shanghai trip. The location is good. It takes only 15minutes walk from The Bund. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Good clean hotel. Staff very helpful saving best local attractions. Close and walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Try and go to the Bund at night and try the street food in Nanjing Road.

The location of the hotel was perfect,close to major attractions.Breakfast was basic.Amenities are great,most importantly environment friendly
However,we had to pay for the laundry(First time in my life I had to pay for the laundry in the hotel)and AC had a problem.Service was ok.
