Great location for traveller, close to major tourist spots within 10 min.
room not big and not small also better than business hotel in Tokyo.
Owner isn’t try to communicate with foreigner, hard to ask her for help.

Close to 3 Muslims restaurant. Very close to station line 2 Peoples park. There’s Lawson & Family mart nearby. Staff very friendly and good. Room great, everything works. Area is great too… fully recommended

Good location, surrounded by a lot of food vendors that open till late night. The hotpot restaurant opposite the hotel is excellent.
Considering it’s budget hotel, they are good. A bit dusty if you intentionally checking the corner/under the bed.
Generally clean for areas that often used. They clean the room every day! Including change your towel etc. daily! This is something that we appreciate. As far as I know not all budget hotel do this! :)
The staff and front desk people are very helpful and friendly. They can help you to ship items etc.
The hotel has lift but not reaching the top level. Our room is at the top level so we need to climb about 4 flight of stairs to reach the room. A bit tricky if your group member has any mobility challenge.
If you check out before their working hour, expect to bring your luggage by your own (note that if your room is at the level where lift is available the it should be okay).

The location is very good, 5 min from People’s Square, exit 9.
Our room was a bit old and not very clean, but there were lot of home appliances: a small fridge, a microwave, and even a washing machine (plus an electric kettle, a hairdryer, an air-conditioner) - everything worked fine, our garbage was taken every day, and two bottles of water were left for us in the room daily.They even gave us fresh towels every day (they were old, but clean).
The only minus was that there was (in june 2025) an ongoing reconstruction on the second and the third floors, so the smell of cement and the noises were present every day, sometimes from early morning (8 a.m.). But anyway we went out every morning and returned to our hotel only to sleep, so that was not a big problem.

This is in the perfect location where you can basically walk to the popular places including a subway station.
However, if you’re sensitive about noise, I wouldn’t recommend it since it’s under renovation and surrounded by restaurants and bars where are open til very late.
For me, I didn’t mind. I personally think that it’s better to have people around you rather than being alone in the street.
About cleanliness, there was a piece of fake eyelashes on the floor that’s never picked up for a week while the bed sheet and bath towels kept being organized by staff. But it was also fine with me since the workers there were very nice.
Anyway, if you’re not that sensitive and know how to balance things, this hotel is actually really nice to you as it was for me.
But if you’re sensitive, you can find other expensive hotels.
I’ll definitely book this hotel again for my next journey ! Thanks XD

Budget hotel room, good shower, hard mattress. I taught their Wi-Fi didn't work but it was my VPN that didn't work (make sure to download and use a VPN that works in China before arriving). There was some construction noise outside but not horrible. There are a lot of restaurants and stores in the area plus the metro station is a couple of blocks away.
