Although we encountered some challenges during our trip, your exceptional team—especially the remarkable young lady whom I believe to be a senior supervisor or manager—immediately sprang into action, resolving our concerns swiftly and effortlessly within hours. Thanks to your professionalism and dedication, our journey was beautifully saved, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. Beyond your impeccable service, everything about our experience was truly delightful. The room was in excellent condition, offering both comfort and elegance, while the coffee was a wonderful touch of indulgence. What truly took our breath away was the spectacular sunrise view from both the living room and bedroom—an unforgettable sight that made our mornings feel magical. Your unwavering commitment to excellence has left a lasting impression on us, and without a doubt, we will be returning to Cordis on our future visits to Shanghai. As a delightful personal touch, my daughter absolutely adores the fluffy Cody Red Panda—her new cherished bedtime companion. Function of the room is good. They allow early check in which is very impressive.

The room is big and nice, the dinner buffet is nice, kids corner can be better, as the area is really small and the slide is not stable, overall is a good christmas holiday staycation.

Very good stay in the Cordis Hotel close to the train station. Super comfortable Rooms. Close to good restaurants in the HUB.

This is great place to stay . I will come back again more. This is my third time of staying here. I enjoyed everything here.
