Arranging connecting rooms was an absolute lifesaver—it allowed my child and me to stay close while maintaining our own space, turning what could have been a logistical challenge into seamless comfort. Your thoughtful guidance truly enriched our experience. The detailed recommendations about local attractions helped us explore the city with confidence, and your tip about the April 17th Bund light show was nothing short of magical. Witnessing the dazzling display became the highlight of our trip, a memory we’ll cherish forever. I would like to sincerely thank Molly at the Conrad reception for her outstanding service during my stay. She was welcoming and went above to ensure a smooth check-in. I was pleasantly surprised and truly appreciative of the complimentary upgrade to a suite room—it made my stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable.

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a great view of the Nanjing walking street and The Bund. Room is super spacious, ample of lights, very decent design, comfortable beds and two options of pillow hardness. Iron and iron board provided, love everything about the room. Breakfast choices is also satisfying. Located directly on the Nanjing walking street, 10mins walk from the Bund. The only downside is the elevator which you would need to change if you are staying at higher floors which might be confusing for the first few days of stay. Another thing is that we left our wallet in the safe box but there is no way to reach the hotel except from direct calling. They do not reply WeChat/email. This should be improved.

Second time at this hotel, it’s a must stay when I visit Shanghai. Thank you Jon at front desk for your kind service and smiles! Great service from room staff too

I made the wrong date, manager MIKE and CAROL and NANCY helped me correct the date then I could check in smoothly. The room was very clean and the Bund view was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Thank you very much. I will stay in Conrad again next time I come to Shanghai！
