The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a tatami room, though it wasn't particularly spacious. However, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found hair in the sink even before using it, and the cups were cracked and hadn't been replaced. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, but there weren't enough chairs in the restaurant, so we had to share tables with strangers during peak times. The soundproofing was decent, though being located next to a main road, some traffic noise was unavoidable. Overall, it was a good stay!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The hotel's business facilities were comprehensive, and the meeting rooms were equipped with advanced technology, which greatly facilitated my business activities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest after a busy workday. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Its convenient location near Hongqiao Airport makes travel very easy, and I highly recommend it to other business travelers.

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.

After making the reservation, the housekeeper was very considerate and helped with luggage. She helped solve any problems as soon as possible. I stayed here a few days ago and found the room to be very big and clean. There was no odor in the room. The supplies were very complete. I felt the hotel's care. ! The breakfast in the restaurant is also very good. There are fruit biscuits in the lobby, and Nongfu Spring mineral water is placed at the elevator entrance of each floor for guests to take. This is the last mineral water and mineral water I have ever seen used in hotels priced between 300 and 400 yuan. He is very considerate and considerate of his guests, which is really great! When we dropped off the airport, Master Zhang was neatly dressed, got in and out of the car and helped with the luggage. He was polite and considerate, and the car was very spacious. JJapzz SingsonThis is my second time around to stay here in the hotel.. easy access for MRT its not hard to find and theres a lot of cheap and good food around the area there is near bank that you can withdraw.. people and staff their are so accomodating and they assist what you need. Firstly, the transportation is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. This saved so much time and hassle, making getting around an absolute breeze – no need to worry about commuting at all.
Furthermore, Riyueguang Shopping Mall is located right downstairs. It's a one-stop solution for dining, shopping, and picking up any essentials. If you fancy a late-night stroll for food or need to buy something, you just head downstairs – incredibly convenient!
Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, the bed linen looked crisp and fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom whatsoever. I felt completely at ease and comfortable during my entire stay.
These factors perfectly met all my requirements, offering exceptional value for money. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Because I participated in sports activities during the day, I needed to wash clothes at night. I asked the front desk to borrow two more hangers. The reason was that the room service aunt was off work and couldn't get the hangers. I still heard about it for the first time! If it is not for free parking, this hotel is not recommended, and the sound insulation is also very poor.
