We arrived around 1 PM. Jolie had already proactively connected with us on WeChat the day before to understand our needs. Upon entering, Jolie greeted us with a Hada, serving warm red date and ginger tea and some snacks. Check-in was swift. When she heard we hadn't eaten yet, she brought another generous bowl of snacks and kindly explained directions to the restaurant and how to order room service. Her attentiveness continued throughout our stay; she was always quick to respond to our questions. Jolie absolutely deserves a special shout-out! The other staff were great too, and the room was very comfortable. All in all, it was a wonderfully heartwarming experience.
