Laundry facilities available and location is convenient to the ancient city!

What an excellent place to stay, I would highly recommend it. Large room, comfortable bed, great heating, extremely helpful and friendly staff, they even gave as a free upgrade. It’s very cost effective and just a short walk to the ancient town.

This place is perfect. The room is damn big, everything is included, toilet is big enough the room is warm for u to stay in. Just beside the hotel there’s a restaurant if u r hungry. Worth to stay still have computer game for u to play.

It takes about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel to the old city.  But it is quite near (8 mins walk) to the big buses/ coaches terminal where tickets can be bought and where tourists board the buses to scenic spots like Potatso national park, white water terrace, tiger leaping gorge etc.  Hotel is not new but still in good condition.  Room is large, beds are clean and wooden floor is heated.  Hotel has a bear@brick theme.  They have a self service laundry on the ground floor.  Staff are approachable.

The hotel is right next to Dukezong Ancient Town and can be reached on foot. There are many food options around, which is very convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot and charging piles. We came by tram, so we can charge the car at night and drive out in the morning, eliminating the trouble of looking for charging piles everywhere.

I didn't notice the timer, but it turned out to be a suite, which is very cost-effective. There is an oxygen machine and floor heating, especially floor heating, which is really important. Shangri-La is still very cold in May. The towels are a little old, but everything else is very good.

This hotel is worth recommending, with a good environment, complete facilities, and clean. It is located near the east gate of Dukezong Ancient City, which is very convenient for visiting the ancient city. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good, warm and thoughtful, and any needs will be solved immediately. It is especially worth recommending that the price is very down-to-earth.

Very rubbish hotel! The hotel had to be renovated at 11 pm. I asked the hotel customer service, and they replied: The boss said that one room had broken facilities and had to be renovated. The guests of the entire hotel had to endure the renovation during their rest time. You can choose to renovate in the morning, noon, or afternoon, but you had to choose 11 pm, when everyone was tired from a day's journey and had to rest. The toilet had no floor drain, and the water in the bathroom could not drain out of the toilet, causing the toilet to be full of water. The hotel owner is a coward and dare not come out to take responsibility, but let the hotel employees bear the anger of the customers alone. There is no solution, and the renovation will not be stopped.

Satisfied, free upgrade. Oxygen concentrator, humidifier are very useful. Floor heating is warm. You can see the prayer wheel outside the window. It is close to the east gate of the ancient city and close to Sifang Street at night.

Booked a twin room, because it is close to the road, the hotel upgraded it to a family room. The room is very spacious and the hotel service is also good. Because Shangri-La is very dry, they also gave a few more bottles of water. Thumbs up

The hotel is located in the northeast corner of Dukezong Ancient City, a ten-minute walk from the east gate of the ancient city. The hotel has complete facilities, a quiet environment, good quality toiletries, and very clean bedding and towels. The most valuable thing is that it has electric floor heating, which is very necessary for Shangri-La where the temperature difference is relatively large!
