Ji Feng Hotel Hotels in Shangri-La

I must start by giving special praise to the hotel staff; their service was truly exceptional throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive, always ready to answer questions, and had an incredibly warm and welcoming attitude, which made us feel very comfortable. The shuttle service was also incredibly thoughtful. We arrived past 11 PM, and to our surprise, the hotel still arranged a car to pick us up, solving a major problem for our late-night arrival. The room itself was a pleasant surprise too – it was very new, with all brand-new facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. Most importantly, considering Shangri-La is a high-altitude area, the hotel even provided oxygen concentrators. This was absolutely essential and felt incredibly thoughtful and considerate, making our stay much more reassuring. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shangri-La. Highly recommended!
