The hotel environment is great, and the service staff are very good, from the guy who helped with the luggage, who took me, who spoke poor English, back and forth between the lobby and the room. After eating, go to the beach and charter a boat to go snorkeling. The charter boat costs about US$40 and meals are included. You can eat on the boat and come back around four or five in the afternoon, and then go to the cliff bar, which does not waste any time. Or if you don't charter a boat, you can go to the beach for diving after breakfast for US$25 per person, and another US$25 is required to take videos and photos. The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a special company. There is a particularly nice uncle on the right side of the hotel lobby as you enter. The airport pick-up service is generally charged at US$25. The price depends on the number of people, the amount of luggage, and the type of vehicle. There was a misunderstanding here. I forgot that my chartered car included airport pick-up and drop-off service. Then I used simple English and gestures to communicate several times to let the uncle know how much luggage we had. Then I paid in cash. I finally booked the airport drop-off service. The uncle confirmed the time and room number with me several times, but when I got back to the room, I remembered that our chartered car included airport drop-off service. I was thinking about whether I could cancel it, but I explained to the uncle. He quickly gave me cash change and said it was my pleasure to serve me! I really struggled for a long time, but I didn't expect that he was not vague at all. He cancelled the order very quickly and provided service with a smile! Thank you very much!

The private beach of the hotel is beautiful and you can see beautiful fish in it and you can even snorkel as well The service is a little slow but not bad The breakfast is delicious, the place is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the security in the place is excellent, the staff are helpful and cheerful, and the price is excellent for the place. My purple bag was left in the hotel, and not in the room. I left it on a chair when I was taking photos near the infinity pool outside. I felt so sad. It contained the bracelet I just bought, my old necklace, and a black power bank. swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location.

I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We lived in the part that is across the road from the sea, we took it without food, because the price is not competitive with food, the Internet was excellent, but we specifically asked for a room near the reception, the room is good, the cleaning is super, the pools are not heated, but the sea is not far away. I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.
