I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short walk away. The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I especially appreciated the smart control system for lighting and the ability to monitor the washing machine’s progress. Another great perk was that the staff could sign for online shopping deliveries on our behalf. One minor note: The air conditioning seems to run on an auto mode, turning on and off at intervals, which might be something to adjust for personal comfort. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The Seasons was recommended by a colleague. It was my first time staying here. The overall satisfaction is 4.5 stars. Facilities: There is a laundry room and a gym. The laundry detergent is packaged separately. It is recommended to use 2-3 bags to wash a bucket each time. If you only use one bag, there will be less foam. The breakfast restaurant has a good environment. There are not many options but the taste is ok. The desserts are delicious. The coffee is very strong. Those who like American or espresso will like it. Hygiene: The room we stayed in for the first time was not clean. There was mineral water in the cabinet, tea stains on the mouth of the cup, and hair on the floor. After feedback, the front desk changed our room. The attitude of the front desk was still good, but the auntie had a slightly worse service awareness. Because we needed to change the four-piece suit again, she complained on the phone behind our backs, but we heard it when we returned to get things. It was quite embarrassing. Service: The attitude of the two girls who received us when we checked in was not bad, but the boy who checked out was slightly worse. We asked what time was the latest check-out time, and he said without any expression that it could be two o'clock, but he needed to give a good review. So we left after 12 o'clock, and let's forget about delayed check-out. The hotel is believed to be renovated, the beds are clean and the lobby is bright. There is only one floor, but there are more than 30 rooms on that floor. Due to the Easter holiday, all the hotel rooms were full. We checked in at 4pm. We booked a room with a bathtub in the lobby. After entering the room, we found that the floor of the lobby was full of water droplets. I don’t know if it was because it had just been cleaned and was not wiped clean, or for some other reason? ! There is no floor towel in the whole room, which will make the room even wetter after taking a shower or bath. What's even more strange is that there is only 1 thin and 1 thick pillow on the bed. I asked the front desk if I wanted to get another set or 1 pillow, but they said there were no extra pillows in the whole hotel, as the pillows had already been borrowed by other guests. Although it is close to the subway, a large section of the road in front of the hotel is under construction, and the basic facilities in the hotel rooms need to be seriously supplemented and improved.
