The room was excellent and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was top-notch. Choosing Atour is always a great decision! The front desk staff was incredibly kind – a lady even lent us an umbrella. A highlight for me was their laundry service, which was exceptionally efficient. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic, right next to MixC World, making transport incredibly convenient.

The breakfast was plentiful and exceptionally delicious. The bedding was very comfortable, and the late-night congee was a tasty treat. The air conditioning worked great, and the room was spotlessly clean. I loved the pleasant aroma in the lobby. The elevators were fast, and every staff member I met, including the housekeeping team, was friendly and greeted me warmly.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Atour Hotel for their incredible service during this trip! First and foremost, a massive thank you to three staff members: An Xiao, Xing Che, and Ruo Guan. They truly exemplified what exceptional service means, making my boss, a foreigner in a new country, feel a genuine sense of belonging in China. This Atour hotel was highly recommended by a business partner, so I booked it for my boss, but I never expected the experience to be so incredibly memorable. My boss, a foreign guest visiting China for business, encountered a torrential downpour right after landing. His interpreter's flight was delayed and couldn't arrive on time, leaving my boss stranded, unable to communicate, and unfamiliar with the area. After contacting the airline without success, I decided to reach out to the hotel for assistance. Ruo Guan and An Xiao received my call, and after quickly grasping the situation, they immediately rushed to the airport in the pouring rain without a moment's hesitation. After locating my boss at KFC, Ruo Guan calmly communicated with him in English to reassure him, then brought him back to the hotel and efficiently handled his check-in. I thought that would be the end of the troubles, but that evening, my boss suddenly fell ill, experiencing symptoms like dizziness, vomiting, and fever. Upon learning of his condition, Ruo Guan and Xing Che immediately took him to a nearby hospital. At the hospital, they were constantly on the move, handling everything. Knowing that my boss would face language and payment barriers, Xing Che proactively stepped in and covered all the medical expenses. The next morning, they thoughtfully arranged for the restaurant to prepare and deliver some bland food to his room. When his interpreter arrived the next day, my boss communicated his wish to express gratitude with a cash gift or by treating them to a meal, but the staff politely declined both offers. They simply said that his appreciation and recognition were the most valuable rewards. My boss was deeply moved by such genuine sincerity. He told me afterward that whether he returns to China himself or books for company staff, Atour will always be his first choice.

The location is fantastic, right by Metro Line 13. There are plenty of options nearby like Heytea, Luckin Coffee, Starbucks, and a FamilyMart convenience store. MixC World is also just a short walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they always answered my questions patiently and kindly. The robot delivery service was also very prompt. The hotel breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the laundry room facilities were a very thoughtful touch. I chose this Atour for my 14-day business trip and it was a truly comfortable and pleasant stay.

Atour is my go-to hotel for most of my travels. Everything is excellent, and my little one also slept wonderfully. The location is great, and they even have parking available. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I'll definitely be back!
