The room was on the smaller side and the facilities were just average. It's also quite a walk from the metro station. For the price, the value isn't great.

Everything else was fine, and they also have a free laundry room. However, early in the morning, around 6 or 7 AM, there was a very loud noise right outside my door, seemingly from a luggage cart or housekeeping staff, which startled me awake.

The rooms are quite small, even with a private bathroom. With two suitcases, it can feel rather cramped, so you'll need to be creative with utilizing the limited space for your belongings. We also occasionally spotted small cockroaches. The nearest metro station, Gaoxinzhong, is about a 15-minute walk away, but it's generally recommended to take a bus for the transfer. On the plus side, the surrounding area is quite convenient, with various restaurants, eateries, pharmacies, and convenience stores. A great bonus is the hotel's self-service laundry room. As a foreigner, my main reason for choosing this hotel was that Ctrip offered a 'pay at the hotel' service, which was a rare find in Shenzhen.

Great value and a very pleasant stay! It's incredibly convenient for anyone needing to be near the hospital to care for family members. What a bargain! I'd highly recommend it to friends – it's truly very affordable.

It's been two days since I checked out, and they're still calling me, bothering me and claiming the police need my friend's phone number. I have no idea what this hotel is trying to do. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never experienced such unprofessional hotel service before.

I booked one of their smaller, budget-friendly rooms. The photos were fairly representative, though it was still a bit tinier than I'd pictured, even with my expectations. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was surprisingly good and definitely exceeded my expectations for a room in this price range, unlike other similarly priced accommodations. There's quite a bit of construction in the vicinity, but my room was situated further inside, so I didn't experience any noise disturbance while sleeping at night. Additionally, there are plenty of local eateries and street food options nearby.

Terribly small room with a squat toilet, absolutely disgusting. Noise until late night from all around. Staff was friendly, but that's the only good thing about it. Will never come again.

good location by bus 101 226 (Futian~Sekou or reaching some nearby MTR stations) between Xili & Window of the World/OCT/Technologic Park in Nanshan/SZ… services very good of this good & affordable 3* Hotel.

No window room was the worst decision ever also overpriced.

Many nice food nearby
