Very poor check in experience, the blame is on trip.com which didn't provide enough information, even the location of the lobby. The security guard didn't know the check-in lobby either. We called the phone and all procedure and communication must be done only via wechat, which cause inconvenience if lack of data! Not recommended for inexperience tourists!

The room is very cozy, with complete appliances and very clean. It is very suitable for families with children, colleagues, and friends to gather and travel. It is a 5-minute walk from Happy Valley and Window of the World. The housekeeper's service attitude is super good. Recommended to stay
