The price is quite valuable, you can enjoy the hotel facilties including swimming pool and gym room. However, the steam room is broken, if it can be used, it will be great:).

Fantastic hotel, enjoyed our get away! The infinity pool is great, wish the bar was functioning. Thank you Dana for awesome customer service 👏. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Breakfast had a great variety. I will be back!!!

Comfortable stay at this hotel with a very spacious area for families to stay overnight for at least 2 nights. On the street next to the hotel, local food stores are available to fill up your stomach. Only need to take a cab if you want to get over to the nearest shopping mall. In addition, a big swimming pool for kids to have a swim fun. 🏊♀️

The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is delicious.

enjoyed our stay but it’s hard to give a review as I caught a virus in our previous hotel which knocked me out for 3 days. The beds are very comfortable and the bath was welcome. My partner enjoyed the gym and location close to the subway. On the last day I enjoyed a trip to the port and a haircut next door! 🤣

Overall , it’s a nice trip with good service in general. It is a family friendly hotel all in all.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. While the soundproofing between rooms could be improved, we could hear neighboring guests arriving late at night, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered good value for money. We would choose to stay here again if visiting Shenzhen in the future.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. It is good they provide flip flops for the pool. However, we took them off before going into the pool. Around noon, the lifeguard asked everyone to get out of the water (I guess it was their lunchtime?). The lifeguard was near the edge waiting for us and clearly saw that my flip flops were missing and it was likely that other guest took mine. The floor tiles were dangerous hot from the sun and he clearly heard me in distress. Yet, he did nothing to help! I guess his lunch time is more important than the guests' well-being! Swimming cap is compulsory. They charge USD5!!!

Room as advertised, easy checkin and checkout, service good I forgot my watch after checkout and it was sent with courier to my next hotel. Can recommend.

The location is not the best but the pool is very nice!!! It might needs to get renovated as it is a bit old and a lot of places are locked but overall is ok for a short stay.

The facilities, the treatments or services by the workers are top notch.

Dana was really good with us, they helped us a lot and evertything was excellent. Amazing room and swinming pool! 100% recommended
