Excellent environment, quiet, and a fantastic location with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly! So good, absolutely loved it. Come here, come here!

The hotel's bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the location was excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to Sea World, Sea World Metro Station, and Shuiwan Metro Station – super close!

Service: I checked in at 5 AM without any luggage. There was a washer and dryer, so I washed my clothes after showering. I just greeted the front desk lady and went straight to sleep. She even brought my dried clothes to my door. Five-star review!

Great hotel, incredibly convenient location! It's just 300 meters from Shuiwan Metro Station and 500 meters from Sea World Commercial Street. The hotel also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which is a huge plus.

Absolute value for money! For this price, getting such a spacious room is an incredible deal. The view outside the window is also lovely; pulling back the curtains in the morning really brightened my day. When checking out in the morning, they even stored our luggage for free. The service was impeccable, definitely a full five stars!

The public areas are thoughtfully designed as well. The "Player Member Wall" and "Photo Wall" create a sense of community and life. Practical amenities like charging lockers and a microwave are a huge convenience, and the proper placement of fire safety equipment ensures both ease of use and safety. The golden sailboat ornament even conveys a lovely wish for 'smooth sailing.' Overall, it feels like a space that blends 'living + leisure + convenience,' thoughtfully arranged to be both engaging and practical. You can really feel the care put into it!

The hotel is clean, tidy, and very hygienic. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the service from all the hotel staff is attentive. The hotel's location is also good, relatively convenient to both the city center and the airport, with a taxi ride usually taking about 30 minutes. There are two scenic spots nearby, making sightseeing very convenient. Although the weather in Shenzhen is hot, the air conditioning is very powerful. I recommend staying here!

Staying at this hotel was truly comfortable and hassle-free! The front desk staff were incredibly nice; check-in and check-out were super efficient. They answered all our questions and even proactively recommended local restaurants and attractions, which was really thoughtful. The biggest surprise was the hotel's laundry room—the machines were clean and easy to use, and they even had a dryer. Being able to wash and dry my clothes from my business trip meant they came back smelling fresh and feeling soft, just like new. For anyone staying a bit longer, this is an absolute godsend!

Good location and the girls on reception were very helpful and friendly. The hotel name is different to the one listed on Trip but it was easy to find. There was a different in price between the "same" hotel listed under different names.

Clean room. Near Sea World, 5 min walk. Bad sound insulation, people making noise in the middle of the night, and people talking on the street could be heard in the middle of the night. Light from the bathroom comes in room during the night due to frosted glass walls. .

Pretty decent, especially for the price. Location is pretty good, close enough to Sea World, although the entrance isn't the most obvious, and it's up a flight of steps to the elevator, so be aware that it's not accessible for wheelchairs etc. Would book again.

This place is not a hotel or butik hotel. Must walk go up 1 level to take elevator to lobby. Not recommend to travelers with big luggage. This place is an old building. Cigarettes smell so smelly in my room. Already requested for non smoking room. Good for guy to stay. Not recommend to girl. 5 minutes walk from station. 15 minutes walk to ser kou market. Better look for proper hotel.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Close to sea world. But the entrance of the hotel needs to be more specified. Overall, good experience.
