The bad thing in Iran when you book hotel you cannot leave 1 dollar place of stolen

Poor Reception service. Just arrived. Only alert guests that Hotel with different rules guests are required to comply. Can see all departments are bureaucratic. Never customer minded. Room is looked grand but can see furniture and bath facilities are in low quality. Could feel that hotel is simply nervous your mini-bar expenditure even I haven't entered the room

Best hotel in Shiraz everything was perfect

I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

We went there with some trepidation after reading the negative comments. A breakfast that was above our expectations. Clean bed and bathroom. A comfortable sleep away from noise. Attentive, polite and careful staff. The view from above of the city

It is already the most luxurious hotel in the region. It cannot be compared with hotels in developed areas. The hygiene is good, and the breakfast is not too rich. But the Iranian people are very warm

Excellent value for money

The room is relatively old. As the best five-star hotel in Shiraz, the price is very expensive, but the hardware is average and the price/performance ratio is not high. The breakfast is not as delicious as the buffets in other cities, and the lobby is more luxurious!

There are already many attractions worth visiting within walking distance near the shop, such as the Quran Gate and Hafez's Tomb. These scenic spots all include large parks, which close very late at night, and you can spend most of the day shopping.
