A Peaceful Gem in the City – Perfect Stay at Vibe Hotel Singapore! Stayed here with my wife for one night (May 24–25) while we were in town for the Lady Gaga concert, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place! We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a Premiere Room (big shoutout to Mr. Patrick – you’re the best!). The room was spacious, super clean, and had that cozy-modern vibe that just makes you want to chill all day. The hotel itself has this calm, relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for resting after a full day out — or in our case, a loud, fun night at a concert! Special thanks to Faz, the night shift staff, who was kind enough to let us access the pantry when we got the munchies late at night. Little touches like that really make a difference. Overall, it was a short stay, but definitely a memorable one. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Singapore. Thanks again for the warm hospitality! Cheers, Robin & wife

## Facilities The hotel's biggest selling point is its incredibly convenient location. Step out of the main entrance, go down a few steps, cross the road, and you're right at the MRT station. The room wasn't huge, but by Singapore standards, it was a decent size. Having a sofa bed was a big plus. Amenities included a hot water dispenser, a capsule coffee machine, and a double vanity. The tap water was also potable. ## Environment The swimming pool was on the smaller side, and there weren't many other recreational facilities. It also lacked its own green space or garden. At check-in, I requested a room with a nice view and was given one with a decent outlook, showing both the MRT and cable cars. The room also had a ceiling fan, and with the afternoon sun shining in, our laundry dried remarkably fast. ## Service The bellhops were excellent, always quick to help with luggage – a definite plus compared to some other hotels. Check-in offered Chinese language service. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. When I approached a staff member in the lobby, he immediately sprang into action, helping me figure out how to contact the ride-hailing platform. My phone was recovered very quickly. This deserves high praise. The only slight downside was that we couldn't get a late check-out due to the hotel being fully booked, so we checked out promptly at 11:45 AM. Since we planned to visit the water park afterward, I specifically called ahead to inquire about shower facilities. I was told they were available by the pool. I even double-checked if shampoo and shower gel would be provided, and was assured they would be. However, upon returning from the water park, I found that while there were indeed showers by the pool, it was an open, public area with just two or three showerheads facing the pool, clearly intended only for a quick rinse. And to my dismay, there was no shampoo, no shower gel, let alone conditioner! So, I just did a quick rinse and had to discreetly change in a nearby restroom. From 12:30 PM that day, with my hair still wet and feeling stiff, and my skin growing increasingly dry and rough, I embarked on a long journey: from Sentosa Island to Changi Airport, a flight to Penang, Malaysia, a lengthy immigration queue, and finally settling into our Penang hotel. It was well past 10 PM before I could finally take a proper, satisfying shower. Aside from that one unfortunate experience, everything else was quite good. The two complimentary cans of coconut water were delicious, complete with soft coconut pulp. We also received two large bottles of water and two small snack packs daily.

Great staycation experience! We love the swimming pools very much, it’s suits to kids and our kids enjoy the pool too. Overall is good, except the breakfast buffet with limit choice. Hope the hotel can look into the breakfast service and the quality of the food.

This hotel boasts excellent privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for families seeking quiet, with few guests and no disturbances. We also appreciated the seamless communication in Chinese throughout our stay. Our family vacation here was wonderful; the service was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved the hotel. It's conveniently located, just one shuttle stop away from Resorts World. The rooms are beautiful, designed in an elegant English style. We highly recommend the ground-floor rooms with pool access – they're a must-choose for families with children!

Loved our stay at The Clan Hotel! It’s conveniently located right next to Telok Ayer train station with lots of cafes and food options in the area. The room was spacious and beautifully designed in a modern heritage style. We were welcomed with a complimentary tea ceremony and lots of in-room refreshments as well. The only underwhelming part of the experience was the hotel breakfast - the spread was rather small and food tasted mediocre. The pool and gym also have limited capacity but the pool is open till 12 midnight and the gym is 24/7 so that makes up for it!

This is my second time here and I love the cosy boutique rooms, as well as the fact that they have plenty of solo rooms for single travelers. The service was amazing as well, as every staff was friendly, polite and thoughtful.
