Can find food nearby. Can take buses outside the main road and travel to the city.

I am very frustrated with my experience. I requested a cancellation for my stay, but I was charged twice on my credit card despite not staying at the hotel. I have tried to resolve this, but the double charge is unacceptable. Please refund my money immediately. Very poor service!

Due to an internet error, my reservation was accidentally duplicated and I was charged more than SGD 100 for a stay I did not intend to book twice. I immediately contacted both the hotel and Trip support to explain the situation, but neither side was willing to help or provide a solution. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no proper customer service. This experience was extremely disappointing. A simple mistake caused by a technical issue should not result in the customer losing money with no support. Both the hotel and the booking platform handled this very poorly. I would not recommend booking here if customer support and fair service matter to you.

Goods service and cleanesss is good

I stayed one night at JXIN HOTEL, located at 10 Lorong 9 Geylang in Singapore. Overall, it's a pretty standard budget hotel, meeting expectations for economy accommodation. The cleanliness was satisfactory; the room was quite clean, so I'd give it four stars. The ambiance, service, and facilities were all pretty average, about a three-star level: simple decor, slightly older amenities, and the front desk service was par for the course, though all basic needs were met. The best part is the incredibly convenient dining options right downstairs. Various food stalls, restaurants, and convenience stores are just a few steps away, making meals completely hassle-free. If you just need a place to sleep and don't have high expectations for your accommodation, this is a practical and affordable choice. I'd recommend it to travelers with a limited budget who prioritize a convenient location.

The bidet was broken, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was a leak around the toilet bowl; it seems the housekeeper might have rushed and didn't clean it thoroughly.😅
