Nice location to Northwestern University.

I came up to Chicago to visit my girlfriend we rented this place so we can have a romantic end to our date night. I live in Dallas and wanted it to be a special night, the concierge was attentive and receptive to that want and gave us a room on the top floor overlooking the city. The view was amazing and I highly recommend this location for any couples looking to have a special night. It was clean and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The counter staff was friendly. It is within walking distance of downtown Evanston.

No slippers and robes are provided. Room service never comes to clean rooms unless you ask at the front desk. Breakfast is very bad. Pancakes were hard, bananas were soiled, waffles were too sweet, not much variety as well. Staff is helpful. Only good thing is the location.

In town for a sad occasion , a memorial service for a close friend. The evening desk staff person, Tigist, was outstanding in all ways! Her welcome was warm. While accomplishing all the checkin tasks efficiently, she offered kind sympathy and took time to invite us to share our story. Roger, the daytime desk person, was another welcoming efficient person. He quickly responded to any needs, including assuring us that we were welcome to relax in the (very nice) lobby lounge and that our car could remain parked free of charge until 5p. Checkout is 11am. Also breakfast is a hot and delicious buffet while real plates and silverware. There is an upcharge for it but is actually worth the price.

The service provided by the front desk guy and girl is very good, very nice! The lobby environment is very good, the washbasin in the room bathroom is very high, not very friendly to Asians. However, the cleaning lady will not clean if you don't give a tip. Even if you give a tip, she may not clean. Overall, it's not bad, but it's a bit far from the workplace.

It is within a 20-minute walk from Northwestern University, which is very convenient. It is a 40-minute drive from Ohae Airport. It is a one-night trip. The only drawback is that the room is quite noisy at night. At 12 o'clock in the evening, there is always the sound of vacuum cleaners working upstairs. Breakfast is $10. Optional items are quite convenient

The location of the hotel is very good, only ten minutes' walk from Northwestern University, but the facilities in the hotel are too old, and the carpet in the corridor exudes an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, I later found that the window of the room can be opened a crack. The towels and bath towels provided in the room are also very old, which feels very bad! The advantage is that there is ESPN on TV...

The facilities are a bit dated. The TV is old and the furniture is not very modern. The location is great, as it is downtown close to restaurants, banks, T-Mobile, various shops and the university.

It's OK. I feel the hotel is clean and big. It's close to Northwestern University.

The hotel is a little off the beaten track. There is a parking lot, but it is limited and the turns are large, so you need to be careful. I stayed there for one night in a hurry and didn't have time to experience the gym and swimming pool, which was a pity. The breakfast was relatively simple.

The location is very good, the price/performance ratio is OK, the front desk service attitude is very good, I didn't eat breakfast, it has its own independent parking lot, it is convenient for shopping, traveling and eating

Don't expect too much from a US chain hotel. It's average. The price is relatively acceptable. The location is very convenient. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. It's within walking distance of the university.
