"I had a very satisfying stay at this 5-diamond hotel! My experience in Lijiang this time was particularly comfortable. During my extended stay, I needed coffee, tea, fruits, and drinking water daily. After communicating with the front desk, they responded very quickly, and all my requests were promptly arranged. Our departure car was at 3 PM, and we requested a 2 PM late check-out, which the hotel kindly coordinated. The service was very thoughtful and human-centered. The staff were warm, attentive, and communication was smooth and efficient. The room environment was comfortable, and the overall details were well-executed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Lijiang; everything about it gives you peace of mind. I will definitely choose this place first again on my next visit to Lijiang!"

"The biggest surprise of my Lijiang trip was definitely the Songye Hotel. I was a bit hesitant when I booked it, but by the time I had to leave, I almost didn't want to check out! First, let me talk about what blew me away the most: the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise'. Around 6 AM, I pulled back the curtains, and the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was right there in front of me. Watching the peak slowly turn golden – my phone couldn't capture how stunning it was; you truly have to see it in person to understand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done. The bedding felt incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly. The location is on the edge of Baisha Ancient Town, just a few minutes' walk to explore, yet it's very quiet. I heard no noise at all at night and slept wonderfully. In short, if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, gaze at the snow mountains, and not worry about a thing, Songye is absolutely worth the price. I'll most likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lijiang."

"My mom and I came to Lijiang, and I booked this hotel on a whim the day before we left. I never expected it would lead to such a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting Yunnan, and I fell in love with the place, largely thanks to staying at such a comfortable hotel. The location is quite easy to find, right on the square in Yuhu Village, so you don't have to walk a lot on cobblestone paths, and it's also very convenient for catching a taxi. **Environment:** Waking up every day and opening the curtains to see the snow-capped mountains was truly healing. You can enjoy the snow mountain view from the guest rooms, the courtyard, and the restaurant. The hotel has been open for a while, but the facilities are well-maintained. The only minor issue was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and a slight drawback was that some of the essential oil bottles for the aromatherapy activity were empty. I hope they can be refilled promptly. **Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming. When we couldn't find a certain photo spot, they shared their location and came to guide us. I participated in the evening tea ceremony around the fireplace for three consecutive nights. It wasn't crowded, but the atmosphere was great, with warm roasted milk, local specialty rice sausages, and Erkuai (rice cakes), plus some snacks to munch on. Chatting by the fire with the front desk lady and the local Naxi ethnic minority male staff member was delightful; all the staff had really pleasant personalities, which made it very enjoyable. Personally, I think staying here is much quieter and more pleasant than staying in the ancient town. I highly recommend it to friends who prefer a slower pace of travel and don't like crowds! I hope to come back for a second visit during mushroom picking season or the Torch Festival!"

"Initially, I was drawn in by the beautiful photos online and had high expectations for my stay. Upon arrival, I found that the service was the biggest surprise. This is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in for service. They proactively upgraded my room upon check-in, and the room was prepared with hand cream, special fruits, and pastries. Every evening, warm bedtime milk was delivered, which my child absolutely loved. The most fortunate thing was that we happened to arrive during the hotel's Torch Festival! The hotel organized a wonderful buffet dinner and thoughtfully provided a complimentary portion for my child. The activities were also plentiful and engaging, including a bonfire party where everyone danced around the fire, and dazzling fireworks lit up the sky. It felt incredibly ceremonial, and you could tell the hotel put a lot of effort into planning and organizing everything. These are truly unforgettable and beautiful memories. The hotel's mushroom foraging activity was also very fun. The rice noodles and egg rolls at breakfast were delicious too. A special thanks to our butler, who was always responsive to our requests, no matter how late, making our trip completely stress-free. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang!"
