"I had a very satisfying stay at this 5-diamond hotel! My experience in Lijiang this time was particularly comfortable. During my extended stay, I needed coffee, tea, fruits, and drinking water daily. After communicating with the front desk, they responded very quickly, and all my requests were promptly arranged. Our departure car was at 3 PM, and we requested a 2 PM late check-out, which the hotel kindly coordinated. The service was very thoughtful and human-centered. The staff were warm, attentive, and communication was smooth and efficient. The room environment was comfortable, and the overall details were well-executed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Lijiang; everything about it gives you peace of mind. I will definitely choose this place first again on my next visit to Lijiang!"

"The hotel environment is quiet, and the room is spacious and bright with all the facilities in good working order. There's plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The hygiene details are very well maintained, and the staff service is attentive. A special shout-out to the customer service staff who were very enthusiastic and diligent 👍. It's conveniently located for getting around, and my overall experience was great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"We had a fantastic stay the MountainTrip resort. Even before arrival they helped coordinate a private transfer for us to get to Shangri-La. They picked us up from the airport for free (which is a long drive). We also used their free drive to nearby Baisha. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities (fridge, free drinks, toiletries). The bathrooms were modern. When we arrived late they still offered us their daily tea and drinks. We had breakfast and a couple other meals at the hotel and always found the food delicious and well balanced. Attached a few of their daily menus. The family enjoyed petting and feeding their goats and ponies. They would give us food to feed them. The flowers were beautiful. Our stay will likely be a highlight of our trip to Yunnan. Thank you to the wonderful hotel staff!"

"🏠 Stayed at the hotel of a lifetime in Lijiang! The butler service was truly exceptional: a chat group was set up before my arrival, complete with a detailed check-in guide, and a dedicated pick-up was arranged upon landing. Upon reaching the hotel, I was greeted with welcome fruits and desserts 🧁. There were daily snacks, unlimited coffee (the beans were incredibly fragrant, a dream for a coffee addict like me – I happily had three cups a day!), and a varied, generous breakfast delivered to the room before 9:30 AM if desired. After 7:30 PM, there was a bonfire party in the backyard with karaoke for singing along, and after 9 PM, a warm bedtime drink was offered. The butler was always online and ready to assist with any request [chuckle]. 🌴 The hotel's ambiance is minimalist and forest-inspired. The first floor feels just like a coffee shop, and the wooden house and terrace on the third floor are perfect for photos. The most delightful surprise, however, is the backyard, which directly faces the snow-capped mountains 🏔️. In the morning, you can lie back and watch the 'golden mountain' sunrise. Simply sitting here, sipping coffee, even bad weather couldn't dampen my spirits. The bedding, especially the pillows, was the most comfortable I've ever experienced in any hotel 😭 (good bedding truly enhances the stay). The location is away from the hustle and bustle but not isolated; it's just a 5-minute walk to Baisha Ancient Town, my favorite uncommercialized and authentic ancient town in Lijiang. No need for a 'special forces' itinerary, just pure relaxation and tranquility!"

"The environment is great, it's near Lijiang High-speed Railway Station, about a 7-8 minute walk, but the surroundings are very quiet. The facilities are complete; it's a guesthouse run by a lovely 'popo' (a term of endearment for an older woman, often a grandmother or aunt), and they've installed an elevator, which makes going up and down very convenient. The room is spacious, and the window offers a mountain view – definitely great value for money! It's very clean. The service was exceptional; the 'popo' was incredibly kind, she even gave us some fresh plums she'd picked herself. Knowing we had an early 7 AM flight the next day, she woke up at 5 AM to help us with our luggage."

"This time, I stayed in the hotel's largest room type. Although it was the biggest, it was only about 60 square meters, more or less an open-plan studio. Overall, it met my expectations. First, the pros: 1. Since I stayed for two consecutive nights, the biggest impression was the excellent service. Days before check-in, a butler was assigned to coordinate needs and set up a chat group. Upon actual check-in, someone helped with luggage. Any questions raised in the chat group after check-in received feedback within 2 minutes. Undeniably, the service surpasses many chain foreign 5-star hotels. 2. The suite I stayed in had the largest L-shaped panoramic windows, offering the best view in the hotel. It's safe to say that I came here entirely for this view, and it was completely worth it. 3. The breakfast tasted excellent, with both Western and Chinese options, so you wouldn't get tired of it during an extended stay. Plus, breakfast is available until 11 AM, which is great for late risers. Every evening, there's also free barbecue, offering guests an additional dining option. 4. The hotel's complimentary photography service was also quite good, and the landscaping in the hotel garden made for some great shots. Next, some minor, non-critical cons: 1. As the best room type in the hotel, the large L-shaped glass is both a pro and its biggest con. Essentially, you have to keep the curtains drawn most of the time because people in the courtyard below can see you at any moment when they're active. This means there's virtually no privacy, rendering the scenic bathtub by the window useless. 2. The room design still had many inexperienced aspects from the beginning. For example, the only place to hang towels in the entire bathroom was inside the shower stall, which means the towels would get completely wet if hung there. The large room was equipped with a very small vanity, leaving no space for various towels, which was indeed inconvenient. The distance between the toilet and the wall wasn't large either; you could even touch the wall with your hand while sitting on the toilet and using your phone. In summary, the cons are not major issues. Overall, it's highly worth a visit, and the value for money is exceptional!"

"Amazing rooms and amenities!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. They have VIP access to movies, a living room area which is super cozy for watching movies and a smart home system. Not to forget, 啊良 was so patient and helpful! I really appreciate his assistance in helping us preparing breakfast packs when we had to miss breakfast to visit attractions. Please come here!! The spacious and luxurious room never fails to make me feel relaxed and at ease."

"This has to be my favorite hotel of all the ones I've stayed at this summer. Everything met my expectations, from its geographical location at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, to its niche high-end design aesthetic, service philosophy, room quality, and comfort. I was particularly impressed with the overall renovation quality. I've stayed in so many places that look great for photos at first glance but have terrible details upon closer inspection. This hotel, however, holds up beautifully even under close scrutiny and for photography. Another highlight is the vast sea of blooming plateau cosmos flowers. During the day, you can enjoy coffee amidst these flowers, and in the evening, you can have a drink outside the lobby with a bonfire, listen to music, and face Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, experiencing a 'heaven and hell' contrast in atmosphere – it's incredibly immersive. The afternoon tea quality was also excellent, with good presentation and a perfect balance of sweet and savory. I asked the butler and was told that the hotel has a professional Western chef who is responsible for the Western breakfast and homemade afternoon tea desserts. It was my first time experiencing making pizza in a wood-fired oven – it was both fun and delicious."

"The environment is quite nice, with the beautiful Wenbihai lake nearby. The scenery around Wenfeng Temple, a short drive away, is breathtaking. The facilities are good, but there aren't enough staff, which affects the service, especially for such a large hotel. The breakfast buffet wasn't very satisfying; the layout of the serving stations was poorly designed, and the coffee was subpar – definitely not 100% Arabica beans as claimed. Luckily, Richard stepped in, followed up promptly, and handled things patiently. I'd suggest differentiating between group and individual guests. We frequently stay at various hotels, and they often offer a small à la carte menu or some delivery options, which adds to the value and overall experience. Here, there's nothing like that; everything is the same. The dining experience was basically nonexistent and quite boring."

"The room had a projector, and the B&B even had streaming service memberships for binge-watching, which was great! You could see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the room, and it was cleaned very well. The owner was super enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage (even braving the rain to do so, many thanks!). The watermelon was also very sweet, and all the facilities were excellent. The third-floor viewing deck had amazing scenery, with a beautiful blue pool and lovely tables and coffee tables. The view was expansive, perfect for seeing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and made for some fantastic photos."
