"I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I received a free upgrade to a superior room: spacious, clean, and with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was another highlight, rich and varied, both sweet and savory, with the ever-present pasticciotto leccese making the morning even more special. "Not really sure where to start I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms are spotless the maid goes in everyday. The breakfast is wonderful with a great selection something to suit everyone’s needs even the fussiest of little eaters. This hotel is remote but the hotel went above and beyond to help us with transport. There was 22 of us and they managed to find us coaches and busses whenever we needed them. Special mention to siggo our barmen he could not do enough for us was always patient and so lovely to the children. Hotel arranged pick up and drop off at the airport and check in and check out was a breeze. The food round the pool was also great and a lovely choice. They even arranged a bbq for us one night with fireworks which was one of the highlights of the trip. Don’t hesitate booking this hotel you will not be disappointed 10/10"

"This hotel is amazing the architecture and furniture are NICE BUT Manager from the hotel was unwelcoming when I would like to asked her something about the SPA.after my check out she's was better and smiling, maybe the English is a big issues in Italy"
