I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a lovely feature, even though the water was a little cold — understandable for October. The spa located beneath the hotel provided a relaxing retreat, especially after a lively evening out. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Hugo’s Hotel with my girlfriend and overall, we had a great experience. The room was clean, and the service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. The receptionist and staff were welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. That said, the hotel is located right in the heart of Paceville, so if you’re a light sleeper, be aware that the nightlife can get quite loud between 11 PM and 4 AM. Some soundproofing improvements to the windows would definitely help. The pool area was nice, but the water could have been cleaner. Despite these minor issues, we still had a very pleasant stay. I’d rate it 4.5 stars.

Since it’s adult only I thought was a relax spa- but it’s a party hotel, with loud music, alcohol and party The pool just open 10:00 and you’re not able to be there before- even if it’s super hot and it’s open. That’s is annoying for those who want to enjoy the silence to read a book The sauna smells mound and the intern pool it’s cold water

The service and facilities were very good. However, it was very noisy at night due to the clubs, making it difficult to sleep. The location is excellent.
